Micky get off those knees. It's guitar players like you who keep me grounded. Your guitar playing is excellent in my opinion. Not being modest, being truthful. You get your guitar story told in quite a professional way. We won't discuss that voice of yours, because the comment will be too big to fit on the page. LOL. In all seriousness though, it's always appreciated when you stop by and comment. PEACE. T576 OUT.
Well Micky we both can't be kneeling down, because that funk song of yours I commented on, I'm just now getting up, so don't think you the only one kneeling down. LOL. I'll make a deal with you. Let's both keep making some powerful productions to share here on the Loop.
Sorry about the delay reply. I didn't get an email notification. Thanks for the stop by and comment. Those few positive words go a long way in my mind. Thanks again. PEACE. T576 OUT.
Thank you Zoot, I just try very hard to tell a great story musically. Appreciate the positive comments, they keep me motivated to tell that great story. PEACE. T576 OUT.
Hey T this track is pure magic, smooth jazz at its best. I do smooth jazz tracks at times also, this is something I would jam driving up PCH in California. Love the vibes and certainly made my day. Had to hit fav for this great job.
Thank you, BB, for the positive comment and listen. Sorry about the delay reply, been working on some tracks for possible placement. I also will play along with a track if I like it. I will be stopping by soon. Thanks again. PEACE. T576 OUT.
T576, this track is pure ear candy.
The Keys/Synth/FX were a bonus on this track.
My faves were the Drums and Guitar. I feelpersonally
connected to what you say on all of your tracks via the Guitar. It's almost like you're playing what I'm thinking. Your Mixing/Mastering are always top shelf.
Thank you, J, for the positive comment and listen. Always a pleasure when you stop by. This type of comment means a lot to me in several ways. 1, my mind set when I'm writing is to create the song as if I'm having a conversation with the listener. 2, when I'm soloing, I'm expressing my most valuable points of the conversation. When I'm mixing and mastering, that's the part of the conversation where I approach it as if we will agree or disagree with some points of the conversation. Thanks again for your time. PEACE. T576 OUT.
Hey T, wonderful guitar work and very nice use of the synths. That's big fun to hear!!! Please don't forget to invite me to this after show party!
Peace, Micky
Thank you, Micky, for the listen and the positive comment. Not to worry, you will get the VIP Pass to get in. LOL. Will stop by for more of your sounds soon. PEACE. T576 OUT.
Groovy guitar. i know you listen to Wes ;)
I would put some treatments on drums to make them a little more humanized, because the whole track has a lot of vibe and the drums struggle to keep up as a simple loop. The loop works, but I think it can provide more support for the arrangement and set it all off with some tlc.
Really great playing. Very enjoyable!
Thank you, V, for the listen and comment. I appreciate your opinion of this track. I need a more specific explanation of your critique. Hit me hard, I won't be mad at you. When you say you would put some treatment on drums to make more human, I'm assuming you mean additional processing. You go on to say the drums struggle to keep up as a simple loop. I actually wrote the drum pattern, So I guess you could call it my loop, and by the drums being the pulse of any track, make me understand what you mean when you say they struggle to keep up as a simple loop. Again I appreciate your opinion, so that I can understand how to fix what you are hearing on this one. PEACE. T576 OUT.
Professional loungy jazzy thing ... that guitar is crazy cool as the groovy too ... travelling music for sure but I can listen this at the late night bar somewhere after a long cool journey with my friends ... fistbump, Danke
Now that comment sounds like a plan. That's the beauty of music, to put the listener in a emotional state that's pleasing to the spirit. Sounds as though I have accomplished this with your ears. Thank you for your honesty. PEACE. T576 OUT.
Yo T....... You better hide that snare! Don't sleep fa real LOL! Your guitar and bass are stepping together! Amazing groove. That synth running in the background with the EP chords is what it's really all about. That reverb too, tho! The drum mix works well. You did your writer/arranger/composer thing with another hit under your belt. Great job, keep 'em coming in HOT. Peace.
MT. your ear for detail is at a high level of listening, and I'm not joking at all about that. So far no one else commented specifically on that background synth. I tried about 10 background synth sounds and melody's before I found that one which captured the mood I was trying to keep the production in. You know how when you use a sound or instrument that changes the mood or feel of a track, because you were excited about a new sound library, then the next day you realize you were TRIPPIN, I try to avoid this at all cost. It's always Great to hear from someone that's genuine. We Gotta Holla. PEACE. T576 OUT.
hello T. the background music gives you a nice range to explore, though you are always in the zone. i love when a player makes it sound like playing is a breeze, it’s that pleasure makes you just nod and smile all the way through. always a delightful trip, bud!
Thank you x, for the stop by always. I can tell you really listen to music when you listen. The background music is the blue print when I do this kind of Smooth Jazz. It gives me room to stretch out and create more feeling for the listener. Your ears are on point. thanks again. PEACE. T576 OUT.
You know, those were great days here with all those folks you mentioned and many more. Everyone gave helpful and constructive criticisms, well mostly. Plus the place was a zoo with hilarious forum posts. About 100 songs a day were uploaded which gave me so much music to listen to and comment on. It was a much different place "back in the day".
I'm sure you'll be posting more interesting stuff to get into.
Great vibe, easy on the ears. Those keys at the beginning sold me. There's some nice electronic synths and pads and percussion behind the well played guitars. Pleasure to listen to!
Wayne, I have the highest regards for you and your comments. We are veteran Loopers. When I was here as THE MACK MAN you showed me the same respect and love. I miss those days whereas there was a fraternity of musicians that kinda were the main players here, like Slap J. Bear, Abner b., Static Nomad, Panet Bass, among others. We all had much respect for each other's talent, and I still feel the same way about yours. Thank you for continuing to be REAL. PEACE. T576 OUT.
The timbres are very balanced. But the guitar sound stands out and it was very beautiful. the music has punch and the melody takes us to interesting landscapes.
Congratulations on the composition and production.
Sorry again about the delay reply, I didn't get a email notice that a comment was added to my song. I really appreciate you taking the time to listen and comment. PEACE. T576 OUT.
great work T, what a vibe, that lead just sings bro, the drums are solid and the percussion cuts right through, the bass is hot its funky and jazzy, when everyone is pumped up after a great show, perfect way to chill down and have a drink, top work bro
Thank you dime for the stop by. Always a pleasure. You give me too much credit, I just try hard to satisfy the listener. Thanks again. PEACE. T576 OUT.
