T576, this track is pure ear candy. The Keys/Synth/FX were a bonus on this track. My faves were the Drums and Guitar. I feelpersonally connected to what you say on all of your tracks via the Guitar. It's almost like you're playing what I'm thinking. Your Mixing/Mastering are always top shelf.

Groovy guitar. i know you listen to Wes ;) I would put some treatments on drums to make them a little more humanized, because the whole track has a lot of vibe and the drums struggle to keep up as a simple loop. The loop works, but I think it can provide more support for the arrangement and set it all off with some tlc. Really great playing. Very enjoyable!

When you say you would put some treatment on drums to make more human, I'm assuming you mean additional processing. You go on to say the drums struggle to keep up as a simple loop. I actually wrote the drum pattern, So I guess you could call it my loop, and by the drums being the pulse of any track, make me understand what you mean when you say they struggle to keep up as a simple loop. Thanks, but don't praise me too much. There are ups and downs in my work. Maybe that's cushioned a bit because I rarely work alone on a song. I always get feedback very quickly, even before the song is finished. What I like so much about Looperman is that you can try things out without worrying. Let me say this first. Just from listening to your tracks and knowing of your experience of playing live and studio recording, (real studio recording), and your vocal versatility, your opinion of my track is more than appreciated because I know you are listening from a different perspective than the less experienced musician. If you said you were not pleased with one of my tracks, I would not be mad, I would surgically listen to identify what element of the track may have made you feel that way. As for the former loopers we don't hear from, I've been hear for 12 years or so. I was here under a different name. MT. your ear for detail is at a high level of listening, and I'm not joking at all about that. So far no one else commented specifically on that background synth. I tried about 10 background synth sounds and melody's before I found that one which captured the mood I was trying to keep the production in. You know how when you use a sound or instrument that changes the mood or feel of a track, because you were excited about a new sound library, then the next day you realize you were TRIPPIN, I try to avoid this at all cost. Thank you, O, for the listen and comment. It's the shaker. Sometimes in Smooth Jazz or any type of Jazz , something will sound a little off. It may be a high hat or piano etc. Unlike a House track, for instance, which is created from a strict musical blueprint where all elements are on point timing wise, and melodically, Jazz composition is more of a human feel concept and has odd timings that can be played in.
