I love the title and the lyrics and tune. Your voice is so distinctive and kudos to you for singing a la Brummy - it adds a whole new layer of authenticity. So Robin's gone a roving. His guitar really works with your vocal. Kay0s

thanks for the check Kay i spent a lot of time on this, i wrote two vocals to two tracks same night, wrote them easy enough, i was just not happy with the vocal on this the other was fine just layout i changed a bit and changed this about 6-7 times even tho Robin said there was nothing wrong, im happier now tho' and i thought the lyrics were catchy too, its exactly what i see, same people rushing round and stressed out and more homeless on the streets

HI Dimestop....just listened to your track and liked the edgy and raw vocals....nice steady percussions and strings backing it up, we need more music like this n my opinion....sometimes thinking outside the box has nice surprises.....good work my friend.

The way music brings souls together in new and unexpected ways is a beautiful thing, and our Discord has proven to be a great thing and then some. I think that once more people get used to the interface and how it works, it'll be even better. I also Want to take a min to praise Cyber's growth, he continues to get better and is comfortable with more elements due to his experimentation. And you're becoming a master and passing your techniques on to others. I'm glad to be a part of it, in my own way. I hope to see even more works of art like this. Good Freakin work, my friends.
Btw, I'm sorry for being late to the party guys, I've had a lot on my plate over the last week. But some new stuff from The Monzder Squadd is in the works, as well. Let's get it, my friends. - Aaron

Aaron i just put a message up on structure your idea was a good call for the commercial tracks share posts,
and yeah Robin came back a different artist from the one that took a break, he stretches himself, is drum tracks are becoming increasingly more powerful and like me he is not afraid to experiment, he's a great lad to work with too, the old Scotch get, yeah thats a great name for a bottle too, that one was Cybers, im not claiming it, Robin.
your never late to the party bro, you will always get there eventually, i do my post in blocks so i might be late on a few but i usually listen to it a couple times before commenting especially close mates because their stuff means a lot to me too, i want it to be the best it can. Discord collabs are thriving Me Rita and Lu are on one, lol, and Oli has a vocal off me he starting next month, its the place to be for collabs

thankyou Anthony we are having a great laugh on Discord, and theres plenty collabs taking place, its so easy the place to be for LM collabs, all the song are hosted here, the two songs we done, were both private in DM's and not hosted on Discord they are both here, that's the point, i just but in general they were on LM. my ambition is to get a massive production up and running eventually, good few singers and musicians, and let the best producers do the production, we got some talent of which you are included my friend, both me an Robin appreciate your time

I've used FL Studio since v1.0 and I still don't know it all. You've told me your trade secrets.
Thanks for the advice I was wondering how to do certain things to make my vocals better as I wanted them to sound a lot better that me being a noobie.
I have an old Sennheiser E815s running through a Focusrite 2i4 and it sounds pretty good.
Will follow your advice and see how it goes. Might be the next Cliff Richard :P

i hooked you up on direct message discord too with the basics Darren, then you'll feel your way bro and i dropped a few more techniques you can use too Mr Cliff Richards on your vocal for better results, newbie or not you'll understand the principle, there's lots of good folk here that will help all the guys on discord will help too, we'll end up collabing on there mate your Halifax it would be rude not to im a Middlesbrough lad living in Brum, feel free to ask anything, i want the best for you and your work, im just a showman but im also for carrying everyone along with sound advice

I'm messing around on Autotune at the moment having some fun. I might do something with my vocals like a tune or an acapella.
The two sisters have natural voices so powerful and exciting I love their work.
You sound good my friend your accent comes out with me being from Halifax.
You sound good my friend I like your work I look forward to your work coming out.
Hopefully see you on Discord and thanks again mate.

Darren you use FL studio like me, do a vocal dont worry have confidence in yourself, dont use auto tune, i dont, on your vox skin tweak the pitch go into the spanner open and adjust the X-Y modulation, load patcher on the vox channel go to the presets look for youlean the last stuff use vocal rider load patcher on a new slot again and add VFX Envelope and open the LFO and play the F#ck, stretch the vocal slightly its like a pitch change, you get amazing results theres also multiband frequency glue i also use Nova its a freebie but great split dessing, use a limiter on ducking for music, go into the comp setting bottom and bring the threshold and ratio down until its clean ive had loads of help from the studio too mate, limit text left, so hit me back with just more here and i'll drop you some more tips too, this gives me as much pleasure mate its giving back

Darren believe it or not when i first plucked up the courage, i was like, im getting crucified here it was a community song i named loads of artist, and switched the volume down on the master, i was that embarrassed i thought it was shocking, nah, they f#ckin loved it, and i haven't stopped singing since that was just over 2 years ago, but i have had huge help from certain people Manuela being a huge inspiration guiding me and she helped me build my confidence and we have a few collabs together all studio produced in Berlin, me and Rita were like no way are we singing, we now sing on everything and are now working on a fire collab on discord, lol, your new invite should be there too mate any issues just hit me up, im good its just giving back

on Look At You by dimestop
The message of not being afraid to confront one's struggles is crucial. It encourages vulnerability and emphasizes the importance of seeking support. The acknowledgment that mental health impacts loved ones underscores the interconnectedness of our experiences.
Ultimately, the declaration Im a SURVIVOR is a powerful affirmation of resilience. It transforms pain into a source of strength and community, reminding us that asking for help is a courageous step toward healing. The ending celebrates survival and growth, urging listeners to embrace their journey and recognize their own strength.
This message is vital for all of us; we all go through one or multiple issues, and your piece captures the challenges and, in a way, the solutions that can serve as first aid

i struggled with fear of been seen as weak, but im a lion inside it took me years, i was scared most are, but it was enlightening because its relatable most famalies will have one struggler, and people try to avoid that topic unless you speak up, when you do seek help not everything works so take the bits that help you then you can move forward, being a survivor is also a statement , im not cured of it, but i control it these days instead of it controlling me, anyone can do it if you look at you first, an illness im proud to support and promote

on Look At You by dimestop
Haha, guess what? My two-year-old daughter was confused hearing the intro panning left to right when the song started! At least you caught her attention with that. These lyrics powerfully articulate the struggle with mental health and the journey toward healing and resilience. The repeated phrase look at you serves as both a reminder of individual strength and a call to acknowledge the challenges many face silently.
The imagery of a heavy heart and tears in my eyes evokes deep empathy, highlighting that mental illness affects everyone, regardless of their external circumstances. By naming specific struggles, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and more the lyrics make the complex realities of mental health tangible and relatable.

to grab attention was its aim to highlight a struggle many have just helps show they are not alone theres millions of us, yes the two faces of the song title im rewarding you for your progress but reminding you that you need to look at yourself first for improvement, im happy you understood the diuble meaning because you need dtrength from both to suceed
