I can hear what you are trying to do here..I have to been honest and say for the most part I don't think you got the whole DnB vibe going on.. there are touches of electro ...
your two vibes seem to cross over in places.. what I would suggest is go and listen to DnB brother...
then when you go to make some set your BPM to 170 or higher some DnB is at around 180... then start with a loop adding to it ..seriously don't buy into this whole "no loop" rubbish.. any DnB artist that says they don't use loops is either a genius or a liar... take your loop and add to it layer up the kicks and snares EQ them... add compressors.. play around with the sounds.. cut and paste but always working around that loop...
then take a simple bass line EQ it and compress it.. then sidechain the compressor through one of the kick layer... adjust the attack to 0 and play with the release until the bass ducks behind the drums when the kick strikes... I have no idea how to do this in sonar so Google it..
I can hear those ideas it's just a pain when your not sure how to start...
This is a classic song, and you've done some interesting remixing on it! Very cool bass! I would've liked to hear the original chopped up a little more for the remix, but I guess that's not what you were going for. All in all a very enjoyable listen!
I liked it. It had a nice blend of wobble base, synths, vocals and good upbeat DnB drum. The strings was a nice touch too. It easy to listen and quite catchy. You did a good job.
Nice track, love the music to it, wasn't this uploaded the other day? You know you can edit the track and reupload it over the old track. This is better to do because it doesn't delete reviews. Anyway nice job with this.
