i like the drums they are very nice could you upload a few loops of them :) nice trance synths used but i think you should put it in the fusion genre :)
CrashTheSystem
CrashTheSystem replied Unknown
Haha i totally would but everything in the song was made with loops as my songs always are. Otherwise i totally would upload loops. Fusion it is, thanx for the tip!

I like the energy to this. I think the bells at certain times in the track over power the track or simply just dont fit in some parts repeatably

Crash This is freakin great man. Hard to keep that bpm up on a flo! I think the intro is too long though and should jump into the meat sooner IMO...but great track regardless and I dig it!

Great job man, good effort at trying to add personality into a genre I find mostly repetitive. Really liked the sawtooth on the synth, well used. Normally sawtooth gives me a headache.

on My Very Own Rap Song by CrashTheSystem
lol amazing! I freaking love this track!!!! omg dude you are the real deal! i mean honestly, i think you should put the vocals up front a little more but thats about it, amazing track, laughed my ass off at the end of the track "shouldn't there be a chorus here or something?" amazing...... just amazing... bloobers were pretty funny, but you know your actual voice isnt too bad for rap if you over lay your vox with different variations i think you'd be set, but yeah, awsome job!
CrashTheSystem
CrashTheSystem replied Unknown
Lol well then, thanx! Im real glad you liked it so much! Lol to hear your encouraging words just encourages me to make more of this stuff (which is terrible on your part, why would you encourage such rampant behavior! Now i just have to get more and more rediculous.) lol ima do a few without the deepened effect as well. Thanx again!

I like the sample from Pendulum hehe. If you EQed the instruments like the piano and guitars to be a little quieter at around 200Hz, 1kHz and 5kHz, I think your voice would stand out a bit more. The message is what's important so you gotta be able to hear it!
I liked the harmony and switch-ups with the drums throughout the entire track. Thanks for the review on my track!

my friend u have a great gift of the art of techno magic. i wouldn,t mess to much with the distortion you have created the right sound i think, iv'e been at it myself for 21 years, my tip would be to layer the distorted tracks with a dry copy of the original sounds before the distortion was applied. or go a step further by finding new dry {or slightly effected} sounds instead of using the originals as layers. i would do this to the kick drum 1st and foremost, bring both the distorted track and the dry layer down by -6db from where they sit in the mix and that should have your sounds at pretty much where you had the original mix levels. a lot of my work is a good demonstration as to what can be done with layering and advanced fx technique, stop by anytime. keep em pumping. regards........................!1X1!.................

that's a great guitar riff, killer tone and note selection. the samples and drums clash with it perfectly. the synth guitars are a clever touch, but they'd sound better with some live guitar layered with them, imo. the pulsing synth line is just perfect, exactly what i was thinking should go there, haha! i love the guitar riff layering around 4:30, a great effect. the staccato percussion is a great touch. a bit lengthy, but it's got enough variation and drive to compensate for that. freakin great song.

man, this has got some great crunchiness to it, i love it. the snare is a touch too high, imo, but the pulsing of the drums and bass is great. very colorful synth panning too. it's cool how you move from minimal to dense layering so smoothly, it builds really nice. for techno, this track slams! definitely a fav here.

love the samples that open the song up. it's got a great mix, slick production. the synth work is very smooth and engaging. very cool for your first time at bat, i'd say=) the sonic depth of the track is really cool, i really like all the ear candy! it's got a great early 90's 'hacker' feel to it, which you can't really go wrong with, imo. the flow is sweet and the variations move the song along beautifully.
