I am not sure why, but I still think this is my favorite of all your tracks so far. I guess it must be the strange, sad under tone set to the great industrial kick that I love in your music. Keep it up. You have great taste and style in my opinion.
You know I love all your music. I guess, in a way, it is a good thing this genre doesn't get the attention it deserves. That just means artists like you are even more original and unique. Never the less, you should be getting some good reviews. Keep up the great work.
i was almost disappointed that this track is an instrumental. however, the overall power of the song quickly took care of that. this is a seriously well done track, the programming and layering is great. this was a great intro to The Ebola Projekt for me. keep up the great work!
well looperman had best change that policy or they are going to be left in the dust as ecodings get more and more extensive. My newer songs ( not uploaded yet, from my new single) even at 160 kbps just fall under 7mb. Looperman has always been very good to me but if my songs don't fit then I will have to go elsewhere. Just like myspace's 10 song rule.. My Youtube channel will probably end up being my main site soon besides ebola projekt.com and ebola projekt.ca which I own but isn't running yet.
I actually encode all my music at either 320 kbps or in VBR. But due to this sites 7mb upload limit per song I have to reencode at a lower 196kbps or 160 kbps. I believe this one was at 160 kbps. Everyone should contact looperman staff and try and change this, since a 4 minute song at 320 is easily 11mb. I've been meaning to address this issue to Looperman but I can only get online every once in a while and it keeps slipping my mind. Sorry dude. Thanx for the review though :)
dude I have totally been screwing with video lately lol. funny you mentioned that. hey is there any way of getting a copy of Violenza Domestica? I always stop by and listen to it lol. UPDATE ...check out the video now on youtube!
Sick track.Love the tone and mood set by this track.sweet synths that give it a heavy feel and the Exorcism style sound bites add a sinister feel.great track.I noticed that this track has 8 plays and 2 downloads but im the 1st to review...ive been getting that alot lately myself.IDK,ppl dont seem to review as much these days.lol....keep up the great work }:)-
yeah I love reviews. its really good to get feedback of what others hear or feel from your music. You try and capture a feeling or essence and you're not always sure if you get it across. thanks.
This is a sweet track man. When that beat builds up, it is rockin it. This is probably my favorite industrial track on here so far. Looks like I sould be listening to more Skinny Puppy. I really like this style.
seeing more SP influence here. I like the ambient beginning, and then it changed half way through, and when that happened, I liked it more lol. Nice use on the samples too.
I like the way that there is no idea whats coming next in this track. It is very new to today's standards at the same time as being influenced by skinny puppy. Hope you keep up the good work!
I hear ya distortion can be a bi tch sometimes. There was a point in me making music where I would highly distort everything lol. Love the panning, cant wait to hear the guitar riff.
You and me both brother .. and yes 44 ... It's funny what people consider industrial these days. It's like it means something completely different than what it used to. Puppy was doing back in 1981 what bands nowadays could only hope to. They started it all.
I'm really new to industrial music but I've been drawn a bit to it since I read its wat inspires most of lady gagas music..Your piece is definitely interesting..I can relate to the usage of sampling and was that "i am pain from?" Hellraiser? sounded familiar..all in all nice track!
Those drums are really crushing! I recognized some of the samples you used, good stuff. I hear what your saying about the beat, it doesn't sound like 200 bpm. Nice job, very cool!
yeah the sample of the guy saying " nothing is over until we decide it is" is actually John belushi from the blues brothers taken and lowered about half an octave.. There's actually a sample of some girl sucking from a porno stuffed in there too :D thanx for the review dude.
I'm liking the Bleeding Through album art. I'm liking the track. There's a lot to be liked here. Excellent symphony of grinding horror. I could have gone for a little more variation in the main beat, but it was still really good. This genre is tough to tame, but I think you really cut its metaphorical scrotum off and proudly presented it to your captivated audience.
