LOL I heard of the rent is too damn high thing before. Jimmy complained about that in New York. Nice!

Really soothing pads to start off, and I love the flute. I was actually expecting something different when I read the description and realized what you were sampling, but this was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. That speech was an instant classic, but more than anything it was hilarious and entertaining. What you've done is add a certain poignancy to it, which if one were to focus only on the content of his speech and not the presentation, completely makes sense. I was hoping for the song to continue after that final drop with the "Rent is too damn high" sample returning, but I suppose it's better to leave the listener wanting more rather than the opposite.

Overall, nicely done.

your vocals are to low mate you need to inhance these and when the big sub comes in it drowns out the drumloops i also noticed that you used the same looperman samples as me which aint a bad thing its there all to use but you need to look at your volumes mate on your overall tune.

check out my tune divison active it uses the same samples as you have used you will like it trust me just clik on my pic and check the track any hows well done and respect mate

hi bixtonim i really like your track 'dub foundation' and i love the bassline and the stringy pads, it's good, i'm currently trying to set up my own dubstep radio show, it's proving hard but it should work, so if you have no record deal (unsigned artist) and the track 'Dub Foundation' is completely yours, you own all the copyright for it, then i would like your permission to play it on my radio show,

thanks and have a good xmas,
lee,

First of all thank you for your review. Now about the track - I did the mixing, the samples are taken from looperman...I kind of tuned them to make dub foundation. I have no record deal nor do I intend to get one, I do not own any copyrights because I only do this as a hobby but I have to say, if you would decide to play it on your radio show I would be honored. Thank you again

A very cool take on dub! I really like the tremolo on the vocals, it makes it hard to tell what I'm hearing, like it's subliminal or something. Very cool bass line. The key that the song is in really works for the theme that you describe. Very nice work!
