This is, unsurprisingly, rather cool stuff. Lovely, fat sound and powerful bass. Nice shakers and I love that right panned bird or whatever it is around 0:35.
0:57 dropped beat Danke mentioned is great fun.And daring. I need to do more stuff like that!
More detailed thoughts another time, I'm in a rush...
Nice background effects and love the variety of elements you present. The drum off beat is cool but it seems a tad bit too off. It could be me though. I love the track though so great job! FAV.
the bass is a huge groovy in itself and the choice of the instruments are stunning too...you gotta message and that's a full hit...though, I'm sorry to ask you but I don't understand the drum formula at the time in 0.57...is that right?
it is simply a fill of snare, the first occurred on the beat, and the second on the upbeat.. It appears in a unexpected way :) Thank You for your comment!
I certainly did have a listen to your stuff on your Bandcamp page. The albums are excellent: very professional and skilful and varied. Proper, deep, intelligent music.
I've also added this track to my long forgotten thread about favourite tracks on Looperman. I hope you'll have a look and choose some of your own favourites. It's also a really cool thread to go through - some great stuff on there (of course).
way far from the standard hip hop productions...and to tell you the truth, for me this is not hip hop...this is much more than that...psychedelic, retro-futuristic, kinda Tarantino like movie soundtrack...a unique work...
10/10, standing ovation with my handshake or clap clap
Wow, this is really cool and different. 0:10 is so powerful and emphatic! The guitar that follows after that main riff is thin and fun.
Cool groove and a bit of a throwback to old, groovy jazz.
0:50 we are catapulted forward to a much more modern and darker sound. And then it's back to the fun of the joyous, old time stuff. Great mix of styles.
I like the idea. It has a modern feel and also a throwback jazz/swing beat slowed down. I hear some Amy Winehouse styled vocals and some lead instruments thrown in there too, well in my head at least.
Thank You Wayne, I esxpress my feels while I'm producing, and they came to you into some way. It does not matter if what was in your head is not the same as mine, what matters is that it generates some mood. That's why i've appreciated your words so much!

Just my kind of unusual, creative track.
2:11 finish is predictably weird and fun!
Big congratulations.

Sounds like a movie soundtrack beat.
Good job.
