dunno if i’da made the telstar connect without the nod, but yeah. i’d liken it more to what was good about the ‘new romantics’ sound, less the self-serious tedium that made them a drag even tho they had some great synthpop ideas. this is fun, dark and stormy but really airy at the same time, a nice big melody and terrific instrumentation. i’m trying to decide whether to try entering the daw/vst-sphere so its cool you did a little name-dropping. digging your sounds a lot, man!
There's tons of free VSTs out there as well as plugin producers having sales. As an example, awhile back I picked up Massive for 75 bucks rather than the usual $149.00. I have a 9 plugin suite from Izotope that worked out to 6 bucks a plugin I picked up during a one day flash sale they were having. Then there's Waves, the super Walmart of VST producers. They have sales constantly. Waves is mostly FX & mixing plugins. You just gotta keep scrounging the web for the free/90% off stuff when as it happens. That's all. Thanks for listening. I appreciate it.
Nice intro. cool and menacing guitar jangly centered mix. percussion hats widen the experience. Appalachian city madness. like the Wheeling people of WV would be in a film noir experience. nicely done mate.

I really enjoyed the listen.
Very cool one and i would like to sing something to it - only if you don't mind :)
I can do it just for fun to the mp3 and or, if you want, send you the steem(s) dry and wet .....
hey man i really admire the playing and sound on this. it’s rare to find anyone exploring this vein of underground art-rock anymore, so i dig the vitality you’re bringing to the loop. peace out!
Oblique, menacing and wonderful sound in a highly evocative piece, like an aquatic predator swimming under the surface of the water waiting for its next victim. Very interesting is the choice of containing the length of the piece in a rather short time, which gives further strength to the sound image.

I do a lot of spooky beats so Exhale is a great fit for my work. A good place to start with it is in loops presets for making background vocals. Exhale's loaded for that. Thanks for listening to this track. I appreciate it.
I had that LP along with the third Reich & roll & duck stab buster & glen. I saw the Residents perform live at the ammerSmith Odeon in Londol, 1983. They were fun live. Thsnkd for listening, I appreciate it.
Cool! I forgot that Ambient was one of your specialty lol. One those close your eyes moments. Has lil nightmare on elm street type theme to it. Awesome work Click!

Try sitting a limit on the amount of time you spend on a track. I have another life, so a track gets about 2 afternoons/nights (if that, sometimes just a couple hours) and that's it (I know that is an extreme example). I've seen talented people deliberate to the point where the work is never released. Just accept the fact that it is never "finished" and let it sink or swim.
Anyway, I'm no expert just food for thought that I'm sure not everyone will agree with. Great sounding track, like the creepy keyboard work and ambiance.
Quickly created & short in duration the idea for the CD "It Is What it Is" I've made 5 songs for it in less than a week. Thanks for stopping by & listening. I appreciate it.
I liked the drive of the Bass and the beat, I especially like your mix of chaos in the background, it really makes the track sound full and mysterious.
Great track.
