You are very good at creating dramatic atmospheres; something threatening seems to be going on; some national state of emergency ... maybe that could as well be filed under cinematic!
But what I love the most is the fact that the speaker's rhythm matches perfectly with the beat in a polyrhythmic way - that is very cleverly done.

The track is a lot of the same, There is not much variation.

That being said, what I hear is frickin awesome,
Love the change-up with the female vocals/guitar!

I tend to do a lot of creepy/ambient sounding music. A monotonous kind of droning feel to the song is key to that effect. Thanks for listening. I appreciate it.

Thanks for listening & the comparison the David Bowie. Over the decades I've listened to his work more than any other artist. In fact on my scale of worst LP ever released to best, Station to Station takes the "best" spot. Captain Beefheart's Trout Mask Replica takes the worst spot. I'm sure there's worse records than that one out there, but I'm really familiar with Trout Mask because of a kid I used to hang out with back in high school who insisted on playing That record every chance he got. He thought it was genius. I thought it was crap.

The guitar plugin is Evolution Strawberry from Orange Tree Samples. It's my go to plugin for lead guitar tracks. I have Shreddage 3 Stratus by Impactsoundworks for leads as well.Evolution Strawberry's a far more versatile plugin than Stratus is.

Here is a band called the Hu from Mongolia. They play old traditional instruments mixed with newer ones in a unique blend of modern music. Quite different from the rapper you used. I do appreciate your effort to bring your interpretation here to listen to.
