I got ideas. The potential for this song nearly overwhelms me. So lets say it, I'm interested.

I'd be down to do write/vocal for ya, it would just take time as I'm a perfectionist when it comes to music so I usually write / record and edit rewrite/record at least 3+ times, always looking to make it as musical as possible.

Do you have any feels / ideas / meaning for the direction of this song?

I'm about to finish my acoustic treatment and get a new preamp and mic (Great River + SM7B)in the next month. So I can provide some high quality vocals as well if ya can be chillin.

We would have no problem waiting if you wanna get it perfected, that's fine by me! We are in the process of making an E.P. so there is plenty of time to get this finished yet. The arrangement is not set in stone either so if things don't fit or whatever then it can be changed.

As for the direction of the song, I'm not sure really. We literally just sat down and about 3 hrs later we had this. I guess in my mind it has that sort of 'heroic struggle' vibe if that makes any sense lol.

yeah man like it , wen the electronicy synth thing kiked in on that bit i was freestylin some nice melodys to it , would sound good with vocals there, nice dark edge , overall its got a vibe :)

I like this a lot my friend. Nice builds & breaks & the "dark" synth sound fits the track really well. If your not 100% sure mate then keep playing and enjoying it, as I have. Quality work.

I've missed the DNB that the people on this site produce. This songs put me right in the mood to be back, really liking the pads and sub bass. Really cool sounding build up in the middle as well, and its great how it goes from peacefull to a more destructive feel.

Thanks man, i wasnt sure if the sub bass was a little too loud. Seems a bit overpowering on my speaks but they are quite bassy anyway.

Thanks man, i just mean if anyone wants a 320 mp3 version to let me know. Looperman only lets you upload 128 mp3's. So a 320 sounds much better on a good sound system.

Yea man I agree. Like the progressiveness of the nastiness, cymbals and high hats.
The only thing that i would say is if you are gunna improve it I would make it drop and then bring back in the flowy synths maybe and oct up and more float like a pad or strings. That matey I reckon could then get on the radio??

Nice 1 enjoyed listening to it all the way through..

Nice blend of aural textures Extra my friend. A nice mellow, laid back vibe slowly building & developing then BOOM into straight up in ya face DnB. The uptempo section cranks along really hard with an almost industrial sound to it. Great track

I like the intro! Especially when you drop the bass! You're right this really does pick up energy! Great sounding bass! Good drum mix! I'd like to hear that high frequency synth come in more often, because it really adds a lot where you've used it! Really cool track!

Thanks for the suggestion, i'll definitely take it into consideration. I suppose it is slightly lacking in the high frequency range :) was concentrating on the bass too much!!
