Ha! Ive tried many time to make that fx right at the beginning work for me soooo many times but I just couldn't make it fit. Its like my mortal enemy loop. You used it effectively. Different sounding chill out track. Nice to hear a harder chill out track for a change. Most just involve soft pads/synths and light beats. Nice guitar usage in it too. Ive heard some of your other track and their great but I seen this one all lonely without any reviews so I figured Id give it its first. Nice groove man.

Hey Thatcher, good to listen to a new song by you! This could fit into a few different genres so I guess that means you have a lot of influences going into this one. I liked it, some nice synths, good changes and the vocals seemed to work nice. The drums sounded like they could use a little more reverb just to get them in the mix a little more. Overall, nice track, man!

Cool track. Being a bass player, I noticed the bass line immediately. The bass line sounds like it should be on Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" album.

Hey ThatcheR, your the first Australian I've encountered on
looperman. I like this chill out tune. Your description of it's place in a movie seems fitting. I was even thinking of a scene where a police detective is searching for clues here and there, ya know, driving around, talking to suspects, digging through clues....a montage type thing.

I really love the build up of energy in this track! There's some kind of voicey element in the beat that just kills me too. I like the ambient sound effects you've used intersperced through the track. Very cool work!

Really good track, reminds me of my mis spent youth in perth. Lazy days are over for me i have 2 kids. Anyways you have a talent for lyrics and I hope I dont sound like an old fart,, im 35 and have done my share of hard living and partying.. more music less drinking,, you are very talanted,, dont piss it away if you know what Im saying. yo..vocals sound alot crisper...........try to turn up the vocals a point or two, i am not great at mixing myself, but i am having trouble hearing what your sayin bro,(MIX IN HEADPHONES?) i always hear my stuff perfect in headphones and then external speakers.................lol
