Very dark and interesting track, I wouldn't mind making drony ambient guitar riffs for it.

Now that's what I call sexy...

I have the same problem sometimes but once in a while you end up with very interesting pieces like this.

I like it.

Though its kinda short I'm thinkin that this is a pretty solid foundation for a killer full track. Has some really nice elements going on & the description gives it a nice spin (I can see where yer comin from with it). That mysterious dark vibe, kinda spooky if ya think about it. Would be nice to hear some MCs going off of this. Lates!

Sick track. Could do with a bit more bass in the drum but apart from that I'm lovin' it!

which drum track?
i wasn't completely happy with the levels either to be honest, but i kept peeking when i brought it up to where it felt right, and everything would get crackly...

Hey, this is really cool. After reading your forum post, it's really cool to think that none of this was by accident...like it was all planned out in your head before you did anything...awesome. But anyways, I feel like this would be cool to have someone rap over, simply because you don't hear a lot of beats like this. I think Tyler The Creator could write something sick (in every since of the word) to this.

on monsters by drmistersir
hmmm, wonder what'd be scarier - monsters from outer space, or the monsters from inner space ?

pretty cool soundscaping again bro, rough recording, but it may just be the droney sound, i see certain parts'd be hard to vocalize to, but you did ask for skillz wha - love that melody line

"somewhat hard to write to unless they let the inner monster out"
that's the idea
and i cant redo, it's from before the fire, all i have is this copy, everything else associated with this track and lots of others was destroyed

back when I made this beat I had an emcee on and he did exactly like your saying... talking about sexual chainsaws and so forth,
but he ended up being sortof a jerk ... he still owes me 400$$ that'll never see

i wouldn't mind findiing a good emcee tho
somebody who can get wicked, know?

hahah, yeah man, love the sounds goin on in here.. was gonna say take that drum loop out some more. haunting !

hahah.. I like that ! wicked ending

neal visher

- actually both, keep some like they are, then that 1st time you take em out, when you bring em in, make em fatter, but yeah, drop em totally out more here n there so we can trip on the atmosfear of the soundscape ; )
drmistersir
drmistersir replied Unknown
take the drum out like drop it in and out the mix here and there?
or make the drums a little fatter?

i was leaning towards making 'em little heavier and thumpy

Great piece for a horror movie, my friend, really like the dark, suspenseful atmosphere you have created here. Changeups and transition are nice and smooth. Great continuity.

I like it :-)

Keep them coming, My Friend

John
