But I just got done listenin to Green Street and the Piano's you used on both sound almost the same. And the laughs on this are kind of annoying. Though I'm thinkin some of the other voc sams ya used on this are pretty nice. It's just that first one that needs to be tweeked or done away with.
Now the drums might be very minimum on here I think ya did a nice job with 'em where ya had 'em. So to sum this up one- Change up or drop the Piano's ya used so that this doesn't sound like a clone of the other song. And do something with those laughs (I'm thinkin just get rid of 'em). I haveta say the ending baby laugh was cool (and kinda sweet). Later on mate!
I'm diggin this one alot right now. And I'm thinkin that it has some pretty solid elements in it. All ya gotta do now is go back and work on polishing the levels coz this sounds like it wasn't mastered. Stuff's nearly clippin all over the place and other stuff is conflicting for the primary source of focus (like right now it's like- Drums 0, Bass 0, Synths 0. try to have it play like- Drums 1, Bass 0, Synths -1 or something similar to that depending on what you want to hold center-stage). Everything sounds leveled out which kinda gives it a flat, single speaker sorta sound.
Beyond that you've got a pretty promising piece here. Thanks for sharing mate. Later on!
hey, nice one...nice idea but try to dub it a bit more smooth.
that's is my opinion 'cause it is a chilling beat but with a lot of clear samples which could are a bit more smooth!
i like the style and arrangement but i thing some of the instruments may need changed or adjusted because it just sounds too midi. but love the style of the some, it could be a great gangster beat
sounds like it was made on fl studios. sounds good though. i would maybe bring in the bass/ kick drum a little earlier and with more punch, and maybe not so many laughs in a row. good stuff though.
