hey great stuff man! Like a few others said, those vocals work amazing with the rest of the track... Minus the wobble bass(sounds great with it being filtered in and back out), I don't know if I would call this dubstep...
actually I don't know what I would call it at all to be honest... (genre bending in no way detracts from your track)
reminds me A LOT of my track 'Wait! What?!' where it uses that consistent bass wub but has a straight forward arrangement/ progression and also has almost a break beat feel to the drums... check it out sometime maybe you'll see what i mean, keep in mind though it def sounds a lot different just some elements of your track brought my mind back to it.
anyway, now that I wrote a book... to the point...
Great stuff! Nice to see a dub stepish track with full on vocals instead of just a blip of a movie sample... Nice! adding to favs :D
Nice build up at start of track, very subtle use of the wonderful Minnette's vocal. I think the arrangemnet is excellent.
What's not to like? Well done.
It's cool man, little slow for D-Step. Dubstep tempo is 150bpm in pretty much every case. Not trying to stifle your creativity, but that's just how it works.
Maybe speed it up and time stretch the vocal.
Nice tho man, good synths in this one. Check out the DNB track I posted yesterday when you get a chance fam. It's called Murdakilla, it's dirty as hell.
Keep em coming man.
EDIT: Like I said man, time stretch the vocal. Either that or leave the vocal out if it's too much of a stretch. But you can't really make a dubstep track at 120, would be like doing Hip hop at 60bpm.
2nd EDIT: Cool man, not trying to tell you what to do, just advice. Tempo is a big part of genre. Like Drum and Bass and Hip Hop for example, same patterns in the drums in both, but ones half speed and ones double speed. Speed makes a big difference man. Looking forward to hearing it. : )
Yes, I tought i'll make it to dubstep, so I allready put it to this. But when I speeded it up to 140bpm and it didn't sound good. So i have to change it. Thanks.
EDIT: Yes, i will make a second edition just because you recuested ;) Give me just some time :)
mate i like the synths and bass in this tune well done but the breaks need to be a bit more powerful plus you should have some fast percussion in there to define the drum loops but all that aside good work keep them coming bro
Nice production on this catchy number. I don't claim to know alot about the ins and out of trance but I do know this is pretty good, very upbeat, got my foot tappping!!
hectic... drum_and_bass! never could imagine myself in this kind of song! thanks for making it happen. believe it or not.... i actually like it a lot! great job and thanks for sharing with me :)!
great job on this you still need to structure to have a song but I understand that, this is a great version, funny how everybody can view an acapella from a different angle and that makes it fun, check out my version of the song, its so different, lol. https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/59129
great job can't wait to hear the finished mix.
Beautiful song you have here. Fits the Title and the story very well. Drinking and making music.Ive been some good songs while pretty wasted. Makes things different. Anyways good job with this song. I liked it a lot. Deff adding to my favorites.
