This is a nice track you got here chief.

Good track: short, but this is not a problem. Sometimes it's harder to make a short song than a long one.
Someone else already pointed out how the "beat" and the "rap" are sometimes "fighting each other". This is true to some extent. It may be a stylistic decision, and that's fine. Still there should me more points where the music and the vocals "meet each other".
So... IMHO you are just missing 1 point to go to 10/10.
Keep doing what you like to do: we like to hear it.
