This is tight. Your flow is impeccable. There are some battles happening with the beat in certain sections but nothing that doesn't seem over the top or unfix-able. Nice work!
How can we help as a community? I produce, write and engineer and I would be willing to dedicate some time to helping bring your art to the world. Need more hip hop with flows and rhyme scheme.
First, thank you for listening and commenting. Although publicity will be a factor later, knowledgeable technical critiques is what im after. Im not a proffesional, but i want proffesional sound for the music i love to make.
Ik we ain't exactly buddies but, I can't knock that THIS is extremely unique and different. Your flow seems slightly off beat but its not too much of an issue, it kinda fits the really odd rhythm. I can't even begin to say how dope this beat is, so I give you props man. Can't wait to hear the album.
Ahhh I see you are learning to read the description first so you can give relevant feedback lol. No hard feelings and yes, this time I did put work in on this track although it still is a "rough draft." The offbeat cadence was what I was going for on this one as I feel it's what the track called for in the spirit of originality and quirkiness. Thanks for stopping by and listening. Keep creating.
1. Seems you need a De-esser on your vocal as there is a lot of sibilance.
2. The flow is good for sure, but I feel like the business of the drums (maybe a mix thing) takes away from the smoothness of the vocal.
In the hip hop community we call these people haters.
URBAN DICTIONARY
hater
A person that simply cannot be happy for another person's success. So rather than be happy they make a point of exposing a flaw in that person.
Hating, the result of being a hater, is not exactly jealousy. The hater doesnt really want to be the person he or she hates, rather the hater wants to knock somelse down a notch.
Susan: You know, Kevin from accounting is doing very well. He just bought a house in a very nice part of town.
Jane (hater): If he is doing so well why does he drive that '89 Taurus?
