I agree! Slap's playing is exceptional and it is a great pleasure to get to work with someone who brings so much passion to what he does.

Great job Six. You did all the work and all I had to do was hit record, sing then send back to you.

Thanks Blair. I thought your voice would be well styled for this song, and I could not have been more right! It was a pleasure sir, perhaps there is more to come in the future. Peace, Six

I want some hot cocoa now. You know the kind with the little marshmellows. Great tune. Excellent as always.

Thanks Peppermint...mmmm...Hot Cocoa sounds good. Are there people out there who actually have it without the marshmellows? How sad. Thanks for listening. Peace and good cheer, Six

I realize I have reviewed this previously, however when I need to find comfort from the storm, I seek out those things that provide sanctuary. I come back to this song of peace performed with such sensitive emotion to cradle me from the world and remind me that there is indeed hope. I find peace and hope in this sound. I am home.

Great guitar...I like that compressed tone with just the right amount of sustain...overlying a funky MissB groove..sounds great all up..one day file sizes won't be an issue and we'll be able to hear tunes like this in all their sonic glory...cheers planet :)

Well hello Sixfinger, I haven't seen Barcasa in a while. Everything is just jamming, I love funk! Are you from Mount Pleasant Texas? That sax or woodwind or whatever break is pretty cool, but maybe it should keep an element from the original song while it goes on, maybe just drums, maybe guitar, but I think it needs something. But I haven't heard Barcasa's song.

Great job!

This is as beautiful as the blessed night itself. A sonic reflection of hope. This is as brilliant as a shinning star guiding us to our dreams of peace on earth. My words can not convey the depth of craftsmanship on display.
Cause for tears of joy.

Thank you so much Sky. I have always been haunted by this particular melody. I mean since I was old enough to remember such things. It was very easy for me to put some passion into it. And Slap of course OOZES passion. What a true joy and honor for me to be able to work with him. And we would not have been able to do it if there was no Looperman.com. What a great thing. Peace and good cheer, Six
P.S. Hope the tour is treating you well.

Engineering is sometimes overlooked and or unappreciated.
You did well here.
Nice imagery created by your mix.
It's a challenge many film score mix engineers deal with.
You handle the Logic score with great sensitivity.
Very cinematic.
Moments of tension require nurturing and you did just that.
Scene development.
The ever delicate build to a pay off.
Nice attention to detail.
Quality work here.

I haven't even thought of a Halloween costume yet but after listening to this, I say screw Halloween. I'm ready for Christmas now. You two are just amazing. Rambo, Ivan Drago, hell...even President Ahmadenijad would shed a tear hearing this. Virtuoso work by both of you. You rode the balance of sticking to the concept without making it boring and making the song yours without bastardizing it. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing.

Great arrangement and playing from the six finger Santa, I'm glad you managed to fuse my parts in (hope it didn't take too long)! It will be interesting to see what happens from here on now this has thrown the cat among the pigeons.... All the best to you Buddy...

This was awesome, dude. You had me open from the buildup. I don't know what else to say except I hope you choose to build on this idea and go for a full-out symphony because your arrangements here were excellent. DL'd and Fav'd.

Hi Six, sorry for not being around for a while (full explaination in the forums soon). This track is heavenly! Wonderful vibe, great production and super playing from Mr Six's fingers of creative genius. The mix and balance sound superb on my system (totally blown away by the quality). Great song dude! It's great to be back in between the warm breasts of my cyber family listening to this high standard of audio art.

This is one of those songs that I think about how great it would be to hear live and loud, this one jams, you're an amazing guitarist (bassist) - there's a calm yet rockin' grovve to this that I like! Nice job!

That sounds damn nice man...I've always wondered about Logic Pro - I'm using Soundtrack Pro (basically a beefed up Garage Band) and was thinking about making the big leap to Logic- hopefully it's not too hard to grasp. The track you have sounds really good...pro cinema stuff. peace.

Well this piece is defiantly amazing, employing a lot of powerful movements as used in so many film sound tracks. Especially the sub-dominant to dominant. A really moving piece, how exactly did you put this together? how much of the song was already in place or whatever? Overall i loved it and will defiantly FAVOURITE IT. make more tracks like this ok!!
