I honestly don't know if I've checked out any of your productions yet but I'm glad I did it today.

Amazing production in all honesty. You've got great potential with this style of music as ranges from modern country to softrock and poprock. I really am amazed. Actually downloaded the whole loop pack cause I wanted to get a feel of the arrangement in my studio.

Put me on the fans list!

PS: As an idea...layering would be even better, and I mean electric guitars, just so that you build up to that last chorus and it becomes more and more powerfull. But anyways it's just an idea!

Really like the summery vibe coming from this piece, as always with your works very good clarity and production, only thing listening to this one with headset, seems to be a little bit of bass drone or something coming through piece when listening, don't know if it is intentional, but slightly detracts from the very good piece of work...fav...Peace n Respect...mosaic...

Thanks Mosaic - I think the drone you might be hearing is the bass. It's an electronic bass so the note holds out consistently. I think I'll look into making it less harsh though. Cheers!

As usua Brado, your mixing skills are on the top fucking level. Adding that to the already brilliant composition just makes this track 683 times better (: The reverb really gives it some space for some quality vocals (not coming from me obviously) Congrats on this accomplishment of a track! I agree with Wobbin that the track is simple. Awesome in it's simplicity, but also slightly repetitive at times. Overall, great job man! :)

Yo Brado,this is as a wonderous backing track with a gorgeous chord movement,highly commercial,reminds me of something coldplay might develop.Great mix and playing,snare is solid.Pro-tools doing a great job-is there a pre-pro tools track on here i can listen to,just to compare the quality?Keep up the work but go easy on the cheese - bad for cholesterol you know :) Rhodsey

Hey Rhodesy! http://fireandflame.bandcamp.com/album/leap-of-faith is the first album I ever recorded in 2012, using Pro Tools 6.9 LE and an Alesis keyboard on Windows XP. My newest, fully-completed track is here: http://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/176102 and was completed mid-June of this year. Just so you can compare :)

I'm planning on getting a lot of over-arching, reverb-saturated vocal harmonies and a smooth, steady lead vocal to create a more relaxed, thoughtful sense of emotion. Thanks for the listen!

Hi Brado, I enjoyed listening to this track! :) I love your vocals! The production sounds polished. I agree with your decision to take a more positive approach in tackling the issue. I think the track is radio friendly. Both the music and the message will resonate with kids.
I also felt that it had a 90s vibe just like Kyle/ImproveWithError mentioned. I’d enjoy some more of those throwback sounds. Hehe. Anyway, great job and I hope you win the contest! :)

Nice song! My only suggestion is to give the backing vox a little less presence and have them sit behind or beside the main vocal track. ATM they sound like they're sharing the same space if you get me? Pehaps take some of the lower mid out of the backing vox to make some room. Good job and good luck!

Perfect! Thanks for explaining yourself :) I don't mind a strong-worded review as long as there is elaboration - we are all entitled to our own opinions! It is definitely cheesy and sellout, but I assume that is what most kids (the target audience for this contest is teenage/young drivers) listen to today - so why not meet them where they're at? :P Plus, I'll do it if it gives me a shot for $1500 :) Too many sad, after-the-accident-happened type song winners. Just wanted to change it up, ya know? Something more cheery, before-the-accident-happens type song and with a bit o' cheese :P

I think my view on this song is summed up perfectly in my reply to StaticNomad's comment: " I need the money for college or I wouldn't be wasting my time haha."
