Outstanding effort by both of you. Nice tight acoustic work, well played and shows you know your way around a fret board. Yati has a terrific voice. She reminds me a little bit of a Alanis Morissette - definitely different but a little similarities in spots. My only complaint is that you didn't explore this one further. Another 2 minutes would have been fantastic, but I'm greedy that way. Did you upload the full band track? I am assuming it is longer, but again, other than not getting enough candy I have nothing to complain about. Wonderful work by both of you and I love that "unplugged" feel on this one. Well done. I hope all is well.
First of all, congrats for steppin out of your comfort zone...this is amazing...donno trap so it is the comment I feel...groovy as rock and there is the tension as it has to be...it needs some vocs for sure...kinda mix speech/sing duel, I think...great work, congats with my handshake...
I like the percussion a lot. It's very interesting and you mix up the sounds to keep it fresh. One thing I noticed was that the loop underneath the drums lacked in diversity. I think it would be cool to hear the music develop with the drums. Great track.
Love the vibe of this. It's got the slightest Deftones-esque tinge in places, whilst sounding kinda Blink 182-ish as well. Or maybe I'm talking gibberish.
I really love the production on this. The dryness of the drum track and the fuzzy distorion of the guitars remind me of the Grunge revival in the early 2000's. Songs like InMe's Crushed Like Fruit come to mind. The chorus sounds like it could be a real floor shaker in a live setting if you got the right vox.
Juan I cant believe I have just now discovered your music and you have 4 years on the site. I really dig this track and I am immediately impressed with your ability and style of playing and composing. Real nice hard driving rhythm with some great strumming and accenting that really adds power and dynamics to your riffs. Marks of an excellent rhythm guitarist. I'm off to check out the rest of your tracks.
Thanks Neo ! i feel it gets a bit boring to my taste in some point but i guess a voice line would save it hehe.
Thanks for taking the time and listen bud ! cheers !
Energy bomb and you are right, sadness has gained space in the site thanx to the dumping of those trap songs...
Fat guitars, huge groovy, great riffs...you need a scratched singer only to get a chart one...
Thanx for the upload, instant fav and dl, Danke
Boy, we should collab. Even if it is something small, like recording a solo or arrangements in one of your tracks or you doing the same in one of mine, that'd be sick. Let me know what you think bud !
what a groovy cool song you've done here...nearly missed it...was searching between the rock tracks and found this masterpiece...did you found someone on the mics?
And my question is what kind of drum plugin did you use?
Hey Danke ! Sorry for the late answer, ive been away from the site a bit.
I use Addictive Drums 2. More specificly thr Funk expansion. The snare in that set sounds super natural and heavy.
And yeah, i have a versión with vocals ! Give it a play and let me know what you think of it ;)
