You Have a wonderful voice really. Don't worry this is just the beginning. Try recording your audio in some audio editing soft wares and correct it. Your voice is great. I love it. All the best for your great future :) Nice singing friend
it has great potential for an amazing liquid funk track in my opinion. or maybe more into the trip-hop direction.
what i can say for sure is that you should definitely follow this idea further and let it develop. i'd be more than happy to help in whatever way i can.
will be quite used to capacity soon i think, but i can usually make some time on the weekends.
looking forward to hearing more :)
wauw your voice !! it's really beautiful !! well you can email me at theyouthofficial@hotmail.com and i can explain the basic things but some of time are right your voice will sound perfect with a descent mic it doesn't nessecary have to be an 100 $ mic for 60$ it's also good you just need to know how to use it , most of the people are lacking with the skills so they buy expensive ones to record without mixing things LOL
This is very nice beginning. You definitely have amazing voice, I can hear a lot of potential cause I'm still going on choir classes in music school, and though I'm not actually good singer, with time I learnt what good singer must have. I recommend you (just suggesting) to record acapella and upload it here. I think many artists will trying to make their music on it. I think you will hear how other people mix vocals and instrumental and that could be nice guide for you. Anyway, you have a lot of potential, I'll check your next tracks also and try to give you the most advices I can.
You asked me to listen and comment so here are my thoughts:
You've got a pretty decent voice, especially for pop music, though I guess it is a bit girly. I'd like to hear it backed by some fuller-bodied music to see how it blends in with bass and drums etc.
0:37 is a good held, wavering note.
0:46 vocal movement and tone.
Final held note to finish things off shows some power and tone.
The recording sounds pretty decent for a built-in laptop mic but make sure to get yourself a half decent mic. Not sure of prices (especially in the US, I live in England) but you'll probably want something costing around $150-$200. Maybe consider a Shure SM57 or 58. They're quite common mics. I have the SM57.
Also get a pop shield that is placed inbetween you and the mic. Do an online search to find out why they're useful.
Make sure you get your recording levels right so that your loudest singing doesn't overload the mic and introduce digital clipping (what is known as 'going into the red')as that's not a nice sound.
More another time, hope that helps a little for now.
Nice for a lil snippet, I'm sure you'll not be short of people who want to collab. We need more singers on this site so hello, welcome and well done.

Hi there! I love your voice! You have some power behind it. I can definitely relate as far as the lack of 'professional' equipment as I also have garageband ha but that will all come in time. Looking forward to more :)

I really liked this song, you should check out some of my music and perhaps we could work on something, my stuff is outdated on here but I did just upload a more recent song. Great voice.
Absolutely, I'm updating this track within the next twenty minutes (hopefully) with no auto tune it was an accident when it happened I just kinda liked it but the feedback I'm getting is to get rid of the autotune, thank you so much!!
Also yeah totally, we can absolutely work together! :)
Thank you for your feedback and your compliments:)

Hey thanks so much for your comment on my latest track upload, I really appreciate it.
I think you are strong vocally, you have a sound to your voice that alot of musicians are using, especially in electro pop.
I think you have a good base for your song, I would try to put some reverb on the your current beat. Then echo the beat right at 0:21 seconds, remove the beat at 0:22 second to 0:25 seconds to give a dramatic pause and to allow the echo to be more prominent. Then, when the beat comes back in at 0:26 seconds add some a drum beat to add some depth to the song. If you would like I will download your song and give you an idea of where you could take this song.
I think that your voice would be complimented better with some reverb and echo effects rather then the autotune effect that you have used.
Absolutely!!! I am updating the track within the next twenty minutes, I'm taking out the auto-tune, it was an accident in the first place, I just kinda liked it lmao. But yeah, the new no auto-tune will be up soon. I'm upset there's a strange "pop" at one point in the music, can't figure out what it is, probably the damn mic, oh well.
But feel absolutely free to download and show me whatcha got, I'd be so appreciative of any help you give me! I'd love to see and hear your ideas for it, so go for it.
Thanks for your feedback and your great offer,
Lyndsay Rini
Good start.
Your first priority should be getting a good mic that you don't have to worry about overpowering.
I'm excited to see what you'll come up with!
For SURE. I'm not even sure where to start in terms of buying one.. what's good for me, what's a rip off, all of that. Plus, I'm broke, but I'm gonna start saving for that on top of everything else I'm saving up for lol
Thank you so so much for your feedback, I really appreciate your help and advice.
