Hi Inky.....I've got to say straight out poets are my favorite species...not only is it the hardest gig..but it's one of the strongest as well......I can see myself becoming a big fan of yours......this track is the start of the line for me.................respect..........cheers planet
thanks, planet ... i love spoken word and get a lot of inspiration from contemporaries ... youtube - rives, anis mojgani, taylor mali, talaam acey ... such great stuff ...
loved it ! I agree with the masses wouldn't change a thing. this one put me into another place and time, thanks for the pleasant journey. lit lighter held high!!

I know it's rough, but this is one I prefer to just leave be. I made this in 2000, I think and had just found the loops online somewhere (it's all Martin Luther King Jr, not Malcolm X, by the way).
But, many thanks for the reply. I always enjoy the critical comments..
Very very nice mix man, I am in love with the way you mix up tracks. You need to put out an EP or LP, shit it could be on 8track and I'd find a way to listen to it.
many thanks, Phill ... i loved making this one and i look forward to properly stretching it out a bit ... still learning here, need to read up on levels and such .. flying blind!
I love the fact that I can come to this community and find brand new and fresh flavor from home brewing artists like myself. I love where this track is going and am totally looking forward to maybe a whole EP just like this!? Nice stuff man, Much love!
Another great one! ...but the spoken words are missing... well, at least i do miss them ;)
Just downloaded all of your stuff. Here and on ilike.com. think it was anything i could catch?
that voice might tell me the whole history of the world - and i'd enjoy that 'til the last word is spoken! in addition, you've got a unique style of putting things together. i really love your music!
