Yeah a cool mix..I love female vocals..they exist in that special harmonic area where emotive response is assured....crazy backbeat to.....it fits in with the goanna like the proverbial.....sweet!...cheers planet

Thanks planet I thought I would try something different than my usual off the wall! this one is a little more contemporary, hard to believe the

I enjoyed the sound effects mixing in with the music. It seemed to have a dark feeling to it as well. Almost sinister. Like it was a train full of ninja assassins. I love ninja. ' )

When your on the ground around rolling stock it's a dangerous place to be....like this track there's a darkness hovering at the peripheral....none the less this is very compelling...the beat just sweeps you up into the almost orchestrated machinery..this baby's on the move and she ain't going to stop for anybody.....cheers planet

I was thinking the same thing practiclly when I came up with this one "Kinda like the way this web site is taking off never to slow down"......
The Looperman express! almost as if the big hot machine is a living breathing entity that consumes everything in it's path!
thanks for the awesome review as usual.......JG.

Way cool slow down effect. How'd you do that? The judges will certainly have their work cut out for them.
johnnygadget
johnnygadget replied Unknown
hey moke thanks for the review, the slow down effect is a pitch effect called turn table winding down an effect in cool edit pro ! i have so many effects I lose count of them there isn't
anything that I cant't do with all this stuff!

I am enjoying this track very much. Spirit and vibe are as important to me as any expressive element. This piece reaches my heart and my mind.
Such beautiful sorrow.

thanks shy it is a very serious subject MrE did the music I threw in some spoken word about the subject at hand most people don't want to hear about it if they close there eyes it's not there

Hi Johnny, bad news about the girlfriend issue, but a least you armed yourself with a song and not a gun! Hat's off to you fellow, it doesn't matter how many times we fall, the bouncing back is important! Her loss! Hey! is this a new lady in your avatar? If so, your some lady's man Johnny, cheers Slap...

this should be sent to healthcare officials worldwide...........in life you are always presented with choices...............some people would prefer to pretend problems dont exist, but with more information, hopefully people can make better decisions............great track with a well portrayed message.

thanks traxcntrl! I agree awareness is the key,
with little or no suppervision it is easy for the little ones to become wayward once off the path
irresponsible gravity can pull them in to the point of no return! "remember saying nothing conveys condonement"

Musically this tune is very soothing..but with the subject matter at hand this piece deserves special attention.......I don't think there's a person alive today that hasn't been affected in some way by substance abuse....but I'm not going to go on here about that...this is a place for fair and honest critique of tracks..and this one is topping out with MrE's new found groovetude...a sophisticated semi-swung chamber quartet feel....iced over with that at once recognizable JohnnyGadget vocal voodoo....mixing metaphors with rhyming wisdom......cool...............viva!.......cheers planet
johnnygadget
johnnygadget replied Unknown
This is a very serious topic I must admit, after hearing MrE's track, and his desire to have vocals placed in it, I had a vision after seeing a couple walking down the street both of them showing the signs of addiction, skin on skeleton,
withdrawn and dirty, sunken eyes and dark rings
that looked as if they had actually placed make-up on their faaces to look like raccoons!, but they had not, as they came closer they looked up in unison, I lifted my hand as to motion a greeting, they quickly turned their faces to the ground, and scurried away. they appeared to be walking dead. I thought what if she has children?
this was the inspiration for this track!
Thank you for the eloquent review, your words as well sir are like butter on a warm biscuit! I honestly look forward to your reviews, as well as others, and in no way am i trying to tip the scales on the upcoming competition LOL!?$$$$$$?
address? ("Just Kidding").............Johnny G.

At first I thought this was taking me back to the seventies....then Bang!...we've been catapulted into the second millennium screaming and kicking!.....I'd put this in the genre Psychosis Rock......I really dig this track as it bridges two disciplines, music and theatrics together into a mind numbing happening thing.........great job from both of you!.....cheers planet
johnnygadget
johnnygadget replied Unknown
thanks planet! when I uploaded this I seen you were on and I knew that you would be the first to review there is one person that got to the vocal attempt before I did it is a guy called notnathan
after hearing his version I thought i would give it a go! I gave Helven a heads up but I don't think he has heard it yet I had fun with this for sure!
