Tök jó kis utazós nóta...tropical chill out...:-)

Ennél egyszerűbb számot nehéz csinálni, de úgy éreztem, nincsen benne több, azért is lett ilyen rövid.

üdv, jó hétvégét!

Hey good job on this, its tough to take different loops as you did and keep everything flowing naturally. Keep up the good work.

I like your zombie singer :D I bet he hangs with Rotting Horde's singer at the local zombie blues/jazz club. Pretty good, all done with loops! So they're all chilling having a well deserved brew after a frightful night? :D It is hard work scaring the crap out of people.

I believe the Day after Halloween is All Saints Day in the Catholic Mythology. This is a creepy jazz like tune that incorporates some D&B which works wonderfully together. our usage of dissonance is fantastic as well. Great job on this one.

I like how you've arranged the loops, definitely a pleasing sound. I've tried a few times to make songs entirely out of loops but can never get the cohesiveness I desire, so well done for that. Would be cool to hear what you could come up with by adding some of your own elements. Only thing I would say is the bit at 3:06 is a bit abrupt and I'm not sure I like how you dropped the volume all the way at 3:22, before bringing it back in again. Could've been done a bit smoother. Overall nice track! :)
traz75
traz75 replied 29th Oct 2015 - 10 years ago
Thank you! I must admit, the second half of the track is not really good. I must ensure you about "my own elements" : you really-really don't want to hear it. I made only one track with lead of my own creations, and the result was so horrible, even had some nightmare with it. Not because so scary but simply so awful. Despite some efforts in the past almost 3 years, i came to realize the sad fact : i don't have the least talent or/and patience to create melodies. My lame little midi keyboard is crying when i try to make anything with him, and i'm going to savage after about a hour when can't makeup even three simple note. :( :D

Szó mi szó, most letöltöm, hallgatom hogy megszokjam a kérdéses részt...

Üdvözöllek, Danke

traz75 replied 19th Oct 2015 - 10 years ago
Hali!

üdv, traz

I like the way how the music style progreesses. At first, I was touched by the live drums, and some intruments I can't identify(lol). Those clarinets (trumpets?) are sexy! Nice track overall!

Thank you! I think Slapjohnson's woodwinds are legendary on the site... At least, i can't elude them, most of my tracks have something in from him for solo. :)

To promenade2239 (sorry, accidentally hit the post button before finished :D) :

I did not feel so coherent... i think it's on the razor's edge, maybe beyond it - the sad fact that despite my efforts i can't made it better than this, so i just gives up and leaves it as now... I think it's acceptable, but nowise good.

hello Traz

I remember listening to one of your tracks few months ago and it also must have been a loop merger for sure haha! Really nice combination here.
I like Slap's solo at 1:55, it is nicely placed. 2:43 point is interesting. There are some other sudden mood changes on the last section of the track, but overall it is very gentle and coherent composition. I like that the main theme returns finally, slowing it down at the very end was really a fine concept. Very effective.

I enjoyed listening to this one. Good work with the loops!

Best, Alex

Even if it is quite busy, I don't think it's that horrible. Quite entertaining to listen to haha. The only thing that I find that sounds too out of place - as others have mentioned - is the guitar haha. But besides that, it was a very entertaining listen :)

You really made a nice arrangement out of all of these loops. They sound as a whole together. Nice use of the drums to glue them all together.

Thank you! However, i feel some of the drum loops sounds a bit like a midi tune, just can't find better to replace it.

Congrats and handshake, Danke

traz75 replied 20th Sep 2015 - 10 years ago

Thank you!

The fact, i'm totally lame for any composing work... So instead to made huge efforts to make some very horrible "own" music, i'm work with loops only - this is a fight too to make something that really my own and not only loops together from a few people... Just can hope to improve with the times at least in this. :)

And you can count to use your loops on the future too - i like them, and think your loops are a bit underrated from utilization point of view... At least i find your loop's download rates surprisingly low against their quality. :)

That's a lot of loops used, I'll give ya credit for that. Take you a while to hunt them all down? This must have taken some time to construct.

Neat track you got here. There are some nice changes with a variety of instruments that I really like taking center stage. Matter of fact after a few listens I have decided to fav and dl this one so thanks for sharing!

Well done!

Thank you!

Actually, i have downloaded some 20K+ loops from looperman. Yes, it take a while to download in the past 1.5 years+, but worth the efforts i think. Its a huge base to look thorough when have to choose loops for a track, but sometimes i find it desperately small too when can't find those what i wants...

Actually, this one were smooth work, the base construct is made by a few (2-3) hours only which is very fast from so many loops i think. The refine process were longer, and the really hard work were the EQ optimising. Just because im dumb for that, plus this time i wants to maxed it with my best. Worked on it about 10-15 hours i think... I know its laughable knowing the result (i bet a competent musician do those mostly basic changes by a hour), but i cant do any more with that - and im really happy with the outcome. :)

Hi Traz

Mate liking what I am hearing here, this has so much potential for sure, standout is the pads, nice pads, notice in review before mine, saying it has to much going on, personally don't really agree, listening with headset on, only thing I would say maybe separate some elements, as pad does seem to be little on sided, very cinematic type of track, prob reckon Cinematic would suit this more so then the trap genre, first piece listened too here for a little while, have to say really enjoy listening to this one, lots of feelings and emotions coming from the work...great work matey...fav...Peace n Respect... I were not sure in this one, its far away from my style, i feel it as a bit outlandish and neutral to me... Just a try. :)
I find the pads are a bit too loud here and there.
