Orlando, how are you, friend?

I know you're not too pleased with this one, but I can assure you, this is good. One thing I've noticed, and I may be wrong, my sincerest apologies if I am, but from my perspective, you often times seem unsure of your own work. Which, although, can lead to a stronger drive to improve, can also be a hinderence.
Looperman is the first time I had ever publicly shared my work. After the first couple tracks, it occurred to me that by preemptively mentioning that which I was unsatisfied with, I was handing all of you guys a screwup checkoff list. I figure it this way. Give us your best, and give us your worst, if no one complains about a single thing on the worst, then they're both your best.

As far as this track goes, it's a fantastic piece. It's very calming and relaxed. The mix is crystal clear. I can almost hear running water, and a symphony of birds in the bacground.

One thing that's cool about this is, and maybe because we've all been spoiled by you and Ed's collaborations, even though it's a complete piece on it's own, there's still plenty of room for more.

Well...Leon...I shouldn`t be surprised, but this is really a superb tonic for the ears this Sunday afternoon...nice to hear the use of the waltz time sig in that first section...loved the acoustic guitar and your violin always sings the sweetest music (nicely accompanied with the cello & other strings).....You nailed that transition perfectly to marry the two parts up...nice build of instrumentation throughout..and the second part leaves me with a smile on my face....Bravo...big fav & I will be hitting that download button......Ed

I would probably be wasting my time if I did one of my usual, detailed reviews so I'll just say that this is a rather good and beautiful piece of music, as you already know. But why not be told again? Great melodies, sounds and mood. Perhaps the intro is too long. I'm not quite sure.

I stopped listening to a track not to my liking, clicked on this and instantly knew I was in the hands of people who know what they're doing, so settled back and enjoyed. The track is lovely from beginning to end, and the subtle nuances add up to something quite magical. Ed's guitar is the highlight for me; it's very, very, very beautiful and perfectly matched to everything else going on in the music, and seems perfectly placed in the mix. No wonder you guys collab a lot. CM

great job on this. glad I was looking at you tracks, I would have missed this. I also use magix, mainly the vst, but the library also. this is a great flowing piece. love it. debated on referencing Harry Mancinni(spell) but has a faint hint of that.

dope song but the intro is a little too long and the drop isnt hard enough, plus the pad gets a little tiring

I've been listening to this track every now and again and can never figure out what to write. This is such a beautiful piece, it never fails to make me cry. I played it to a couple of my friends and it blew them away. I'm not gonna write much more because I'm blubbering again!

A very sweet and enticing musical expression! I had to look up the word "Alpinism" as I do not remember hearing it before. I do so love the journey to altitude and the return, although I do not live in a mountainous region any more. The highest natural altitudes here are steep hills which were oak savannah, and were used as sacred/burial grounds for the native peoples, then became mining facilities, and are now "managed" parks... still they are enjoyable to experience as long as the gov't sprayers aren't out. The real mountains here are the Mayo Clinic buildings though, sad but true. Sorry, I'm wandering... I enjoyed the song so much, simplicity and depth simultaneously! Very good texture and range, and it would be excellent in a film. It does remind me a bit of the "new age" craze back in the eighties, when they would advertise music in this vein on blue screen "as seen on TV" sort of commercials. Now I see those same musical works at the second hand/thrift shops. It's sad really, as I'm sure people put a lot of effort into those, now seemingly classical, works. You've done a good thing here! Fave!

Very cool composition on this piece, and both of your talents are shining through strongly! I think this would fit in perfectly in some great vintage "road" film... definitely gives that highway vibe for me. Hopefulness and isolation are some of what I hear in this one. Amazing performances by both of you, and they work so well together! A super pleasing song throughout! Dig it! Fave!
