Wow, i love this piece, it has a religious lounge effect.
Do you think it is ok if i use this in one of my indoor cycling lessons, let me now.
LOVE IT!!!!!!
Thank so much MistaMista for your appreciation. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I get absorbed sometimes with the issues of the day. But there should always be time for those who take time out of their day to appreciate the gift the Lord has given use.
God bless and pray you are having a wonderful weekend.
Flows seamlessly down the corridors of the soul.
Beautiful vocals, backed by an amazing score.
Overflowing with Talent,Great production values, and Human Emotion.
Thank you SS3LDOG for your kind words and appreciation. Much apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Sharing the gift the Lord has given me is why I do what I do.
Loved every minute of it.Allens jamming, that crisp, clear,Floydian Flava.Diggin the subtle fx on the riff and the perfect injection of Soulful Vox and a Rimshot that keeps things poppin.
Thank you SS3LDOG for stoppin' by and sharing your time. As I was working on this track, a guitarist friend of my came by and heard Allen's playing. He too stated that Allen's playing put him in the mind of "Eddie Hazel", the guitarist for Funkadelic. He mentioned a specific song called "Maggot Brain" by Funkadelic. I had not heard of the song, but I found it on "YouTube" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12pywl9zNIE and took a listen and Wow...it is amazing.
Again, thank you for stopping by and your inspirational comment.
This track isnt just funk. Its like nine (exagg) genres in one haha. Im just loving that synth guitar thing, which Nuada calls the "quack synth" lol whatever it is Im addicted. Really awesome guitar playing, sounds something like in between the foreground and background, really spacey...and juicy haha. Like the vox hits, havent many hits like that especially since you used your own voice. Great Work!
Thank you OmarMuk for your kind review. Your comment show that I was successful in what I set out to do. As mentioned in my profile, combining different genres of music is my signature. I call it "FONK". This was my quest to show that music is music which consists of so many notes, beats, etc. and it is possible to combine them in numerous combinations and create a great music:)
Again, thank you so much and have a wonderful weekend.
This is beautiful song. GReat performaces all around. Production is very even. Thought I heard a little Ernie Isley in the lead tone for a sec....WAY COOL. GReat vocal and lyric...I guess I'm gushing now, I'll just stop. TK
Thank you Tony so much for your appreciation. Forgive me for not getting back to you sooner. Allen and Dylan are very talented and are such a pleasure to work with.
I am so blessed to be a part of this musical community.
Wow, love that guitar, really clear and well played. Jumps right out at ya. Bass is well played as well, the whole tune has a real nice rythm, im not too much into funk music, but, this is very nice, got a nice chill vibe to it too as parts.
For funk, this is totally fresh! I really like how the guitar cuts through the mix! Great percussion! Beautiful chorus vocals, I like that they have been used like an instrument! Really nice work!
While RnB is not my genre of expertise, I can still say this is a very creative collab! The vocals are beautiful! Those guitars totally rock, which is what I'd expect from AllenV. On the mix, I'd agree with Mahloo that the bass is somewhat lacking, but otherwise this is "radio ready" Great tone in all parts and excellent performance!
WHOA!..this is some damn fine spacey funk, very fluid...superb pulsing groove with lots of very cool peripheral artifacts, this music just breathes so well..Allen nails that spaced out riffing, that dude can play!...You've drawn a line in the groovyverse here that separates yet hybridizes so many elements..funk,reggae,soul,rock and gospel.....your a literal music distillery...one word...Potent!(100% proof) cheers Dave :)
Hey Dave...so appreciate your comment. I am really glad to see that those who hear my music get what I set out to do, which is to prove that music is music, regardless of the genre. You can mix it up and start a new genre like I did..FONK...with an "O" :)
Hey Twanna. This is an excellent dance piece that's nicely fused many different genres together resulting in a great piece of MUSIC (mind you I like the name "fonky").
It's great that you worked with your daughter. I've worked on some tracks with my young Son, but he wont let me post them ha ha (perhaps he wasn't happy with my contribution ha ha).
Really enjoyed listening to this, it made me wanna dance and I just can't dance!
this is incredibly powerful music - personal and universal - two people teaming up to turn this wretched world around - that's a superhuman effort - supreme - peace + so much respect Twanna1 and AllenV

Amazing backing track and a wonderful performance. The guitars in the background compliment extremely well the piano.
I really had trouble hearing the bass in the mix.
That guitar really was an incredible performance and sets an extreme layer of emotions in the background.
Thanks for sharing!
