played on my 3 string fretless electric home made cigar box guitar. I'll get some more done on my other home made guitars too. I noticed the bars don't seem to line up exactly on all of them but I played in time with a drum groove at 100 bpm, odd. Enjoy B-D
I wouldnt mind using some nice plucks and maybe some sliding noises, maybe some odd noises made with unconventional play methods [like using a knife or spoon or viola bow]I would love some loops of this sound and yes even melodic sections could be usefull... there should be a cigarbox guitar section ;)[but then again I usually work 120-160 bpm]
Cigar box instruments section would be great! I have more to come in the future, cigar box instruments as well as loops with them. I'm just getting started with this crazy stuff! I like those ideas :D I saw a thread about making a rawhide bow and a cigar box violin! I've heard a bow used on guitar, I bet a home made one would sound very interesting on a cigar box guitar or banjo or ukelele or.... I have a friend that used to use a bic lighter as a slide. I'll have to try knives, spoons, cats, tampons just to see what they sound like :D You can drop this in a track at 130bpm and it should line up alright. That's fun to experiment with too.
It does, it's that slide :p But I bet Keith didn't play it on a home made cigar box guitar! I did a song over the summer that sounds just like something the stones would do. It's funny how subconciously that stuff comes out.
I am new to this. This was my second project so thought I'd add a bass. I used Acknowledge and Acknowledge 1 for the main beat and this for the bass. I think they go together but I am really not a musician, basically a songwriter experimenting with blues. I am still refining it, so will upload when I am satisfied.
Leave a link and I'll check it out BD If it sounds good to you, that's what matters. I recorded a traditional walking blues bass line the other day, I'll try get it uploaded. Great things come out of experimentations, well, as long as you're not making monsters that is! Working on building a cigar box guitar so watch for some loops recorded with that in the future.
Enjoy :D Made with Kontakt, not sure the library name. The mediafire link is to a second version with a sustained oohhhh throughout. It was too large by .55mb to upload to looperman.
Octave higher that the first one, still B Posted a track with you Dusty forgotten piano loop earlier here. Raw mix. I'll get more of these bass loops up as I make them. I'm sure people love that low bass for all genres. I do :D
The audio is a little quiet, but nothing that cant be fixed by the downloader. Though I notice the louder samples indeed get more downloads haha. Groovy organ nonetheless, makes me wanna raise my hands :P
Bass to Blues Jam, I'm trying to cut it up into loops for people to play with. More to come as well as Message from a dream I'm going to do the same. Drums are from loop packs so I can't share those. :( Is that loud enough? Kinda of in hurry forgot to check db level.
I really appreciate the loops and effort you put in creating them.
I do not sell or make profit from my music and respect the original loop creators.
I sometimes use so many loops it becomes difficult for me to remember all the names of the creators so I don't always
post the name in my uploaded credits.
I hope you don't mind, but I deal with thousands of loops and man its hard to keep track so if you do hear a song with your
loop just post a comment at the links or songs I have provided and I will give you full credit.
Some of the tracks may not contain your loop, but trust me I am always playing around with new loops and sounds from
this site so don't be surprised if you end up hearing one of your loops one day on YOUTUBE or any music site by SYNTHWORX
I need your talent so I can continue to create my musical tracks.
Once again thank you so much for your wonderful work it makes my life in music making so much more fun.
I may have used some of your loops in my sample based tracks and thank you for your great work.

this was a really nice track! I haven't made anything with it yet, but I'm about to try :)
I'll let you know if I ever make something listenable out of it! ^^
you've got the talent it's just a matter of learning what to do to make that voice yourself :D I'm experimenting with altering my own voice for my projects. I like how happy everybody looks in the picture on the side :D
