Thank you for a wealth of truly remarkable bits and pieces. They're like tactile puzzle pieces for a musical soul born blind to its complex instruction booklet. Along with DooWop Boyz 2 & 3, and Strollin to the 50's, this is what I came up with: https://soundcloud.com/21st-century-express/all-year-round
You're welcome, JH! Your piece her is very wild, creative and impressionistic. Cool that you were able to marry a modern beat to those old grooves. Your voice reminds me of Prince, John Lennon and Bryan Ferry.
I used a Kontakt library I like very much called Realivox The Ladies. Sequenced 4 lines of harmony, each given pitch scoops, vibrato and tremolo, then placed in QuikQuak RayVerb, a convolution reverb, in a virtual room I built, stationing each voice in a different region in the room.
It's in 4/4. It has a strong underlying 16th-note feel. Typical of a funk feel, these chords exhibit delays and anticipations. Try this: overlay this track upon my other 116bpm loop called syncopated piano. Then you'll feel what's going on.
Also, the Dallas track is made entirely of loops that were uploaded the day following the shooting (when I read about it), and includes only looperman loops, plus a youtube video sample. Crazy how sounds come together.
Is there a better place to post this, where I could somehow tag all the collaborators? Would love to let everyone hear. Thanks again, rasputin.

This track is kind of intense, but you truly bring hope to the whole composition with those keys.
Next one coming is for this loop:

Just tweaking it now. Love it.
