I used a TTS software. text-to-speech. Used two different "British" women's voices. Then gave them delay and what-not in my DAW.

Thanks. I'm in love with my new softsynth SERUM, which is the go-to synth for Psytrance. All based around advanced wavetable synthesis, and famous for its buzzy/pulse-y sound, and extreme cleanness of sound due to its antialiasing capabilities. It's helluva sophisticated and "deep", and I'm only just now beginning to understand it. This bassline here is comprised of eight layers of SERUM patches.
