yes there are some similar elements - as I have described my loop, it is an archaic melodic tune which one can find in a lot of music. I love this chord progression which is also a good basic for Improvisation.
Cheers Jens Egert
Hi, I remixed this track and played around with the loop a bit more. At the break I sliced up the loop (using Ableton Simpler) and settled on a particular melody.
Hi Jensmuse! Thank you for your amazing samples and particularly this one which I have used as part of my composition IFrit. I hope you enjoy what I Have done with the track and I hope you appreciate how I have used your sample to help create a fun and vast soundscape. Such great syncopation and notation inspired me to try and create something I haven't done before. Thanks again for your time and sharing such skill with us.
Great sound, must be a beautiful instrument. Any chance you might upload more? Am playing the fretless acoustic bass and lap steel guitar.. emulating some raga"ish" improvisations. Am mainly playing in standard E for the bass and Open D on the Lapsteel, so a solid Tanpura recording in D would be fantastic!
Right Now I am in Portugal för Short holiday After returning I try to edit my loop to the Key of D, of course I do not know how the sound will come out, so Let us See....
Regards from Jens Egert
Glad that you could use my loop and experiment with it.
Next time if you mention my Looperman username you can correct it: jensmuse

Hi iamserdar,
I heard the youtube video. I recognized my loop just in the beginning of the Rap. It was completely changed for this purpose, may be half speed of the original tempo and a different melody sound I guess a kind of Sitar. Also the key had been changed from C to f sharp minor.
My question is: what was your work of this rap, was is the intro for chardonnay? I think so. The original song was made by Joshi Mizu? Also ist das ein interaktives Projekt...Grüße nach Regensburg von Jens Egert (jensmuse)

I have listened to your track on soundcloud. May I tell you my some suggestion? If you use the loop I would try to avoid too many repetitions. Especially the use of the the high note G, which sounds in my opinion too loud and dominating.
Less of this and perhaps some short silence or mute of the melody or adding some rhythm part instead would make the track more interesting.
Hope you can accept my view.

Good Luck and regards from Jens Egert

Sorry to tell you that I really do not like this version.
I would be glad if you could remove the Sitar Loop, the mood of my loop is completely disturbed, out of tune.
This loop is very energetic and has nothing to do with angel sad whisper how you call it. I even think about to remove my loop from looperman when, that this kind of things of not happen again. Regards Jens Egert
Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate your comment.
