Thanks for the feedback. If you use it could you credit my name davekenneymusic.com on your final project. this my link to my site give a listen and see what you like.
:D love choir loops, thanks. I haven't tried to compose to Lovecraft yet. Alot of his stories are lenghty, great though. Dragon Bytes .com has all the original texts posted. Librivox has a bunch as audio recordings, my track Invocation uses Macbeth, the scene with the 3 witches from there(the spoken word). Checked out your site, will have look around more in a bit. Maybe after Christmas we could do collab maybe on a Lovecraft story :D I've never had formal schooling on music theory, just books and online classes/videos. Fascinating how it works though!
Schooling is not important only your imagination. You know if not Lovecraft maybe another Shakespeare like Othello, Iago was a creepy character or a short story by Hawthorne I just read a couple of his. Talk to you later.
Thanks for the reply, please use davekenneymusic.com as this would send people to my site. If you are interested I have a lot of film stuff there and would like to work with you. Is that ok?
Excellent :D Thanks for all the info regarding the key as well, I usually have to figure that out downloading them from here.Love choir loops. I find just one loop can inspire an entire song composed around it :D
Nice! Love choir loops. If you've ever heard of Tristiania (Symphonic metal) they use alot of choir in their work. I have been lately, I'll leave a link when i use this, as well as any of your other loops, thanks :D

I re recorded Imitation poem toinght for my track, I'll probably post it to acapellas when I'm done, Poe's and Lovecraft's original texts are public domain (no longer copyrighted) Love these dark loops, always have use for them, please keep them coming :p Yes, that the version of A Christmas Carol I used 1951. The other one out of copyright is the 1935 version. I use alot of public domain works. Invocation has the scene from Macbeth with the 3 witches downloaded from Librivox, I turned it into a music track. I love music that tells a story, music is the universal language.
Excellent :D another dark piece Love this stuff! In time I'm hoping to make a track for the tell tale heart. Poe's original texts are public domain (no copyright) so they're free to use and abuse :p Oooh entombed alive, that was actually very common back before the advancements in medical science. Actually did a track based on live burial, not finished yet, if you do a search for stories you can find some disturbing stuff. In paris a young girl was locked inside a crypt after being pronounced dead. 10 years later she was found out of her casket! In New york a young girl's skeletal remains were found leaning against the crypt door with scratch marks around the door like she had tried to claw her way out.
hi there, with your literary and musical background, have you ever composed around hp love craft. I am not quite there yet , but Hawthorne short stories are pretty cool.
Hi. Yes, it's me.
I am familiar with his prose, but it's not my preferred one. Anyhow, this play is coming right alone with the story. As well as with the majority of Poe's writings. Could be a part of the sound design for the movie. And enough visual to be the film itself. Nice shot.
Thanks for the comment, I also really liked your music, you tell a great story which to me is what music is all about. Did the Ghost of Christmas past use the Alister Sims version? Also I did not find the The Raven, I must have missed something. Let me know.
