I must admit, after listening to this "Cabaret" acapella you suggested, I kinda changed my mind. Of course not all of your singing is as bad as I seemingly implied and I should apologize. As I know from my own experience, that not everybody is always pleased with my humble work, especially not myself. The key is to continuously improve and trying to give it the best shot every time. Please, continue the good work and don't let negative comments stop you from upoading!
I chopped them up and rearranged them, I had to adjust the levels somewhat, for example "Ju" in "Jupiter" is quite low in volume, also, there are also other minor flaws. Still, thank you for providing the vocals!
I this your best shot or didn't you just care? I know that one cannot expect much of free acapellas, but as an uploader I think you should at least try to achieve some sort of quality, don't you think so? For example, the sounds of you moving the mic right at the beginning - was that really necessary for you to upload that?
I am not a big fan of Shamoozey because his uploads just don't sound musical to me. I appreciate his effort and his numerous uploads, but I never have been able to use one of his samples. I hope there are people who can use his acapellas, but the only way I imagine these vocals work is to Paulstrech them in order to make some experimental drone sounds.
I am almost sorry to give this negative comment, but every time I encounter a vocal sample by Shamoozey, it's always somehow of a bad overall quality. I can't quite point out what it is that bothers me - is it the voice, is it the recording quality, is it the genre, or is it maybe something completely different? But times and again, I am searching for some samples, and find another one of the numerous samples by Shamoozey, and I am feeling that his uploads are unhelpful.
If his style works out for you, I am dearly happy for you! But for me, he could as well stop uploading...
