I'm brand spanking new to all of this as far as the whole digital, software, DAW's, etc. goes. Just learning/starting out.
Instruments I Play
I school, waaaayyyyy back when, I played Baritone from 4th grade until I graduated High School, did a little keyboards in a teenage rock band, mess around with Harmonica's now and then, but lately I don't really play anything. Thank god for VSTi's =)
Software I Use
Started with Cakewalk Music Creator 6, but Now I've purchased Renoise 2.8 and the latest Reaper. Going to stay with Renoise to learn it, then I'll go and learn Reaper.
Hardware I Use
None atm, but I'm getting ready to purchase a Novation 25SL II midi controller kb

I listen to everything from Heavy Metal to "hard Country, to Hip-Hop mostly. Love Traditional Asian, Persian, and some Irish too, and Celtic. And more...

I grew up in Detroit, so Heavy Metal is my "thing", however, over the years, I've found myself loving many ethnics music.
My Music Sounds Like
Well, I've only just started, I've created a Techno 2 minute piece, as well as a 4 minute Heavy Metal piece, both in CW Music Creator 6
In My Other Life I ...
I'm usually an IT guy, but currently I'm dispatching for a courier company, so have lots of time to learn the software mentioned earlier
