RaR Charm Music was started by creative team of Raphael Tate (United Charm) and Delreco Harris of (RaR Productions). They both leaped from the artist and songwriter area and underwent major construction in the songwriting and production game. They create a genre of! r&b, soul an hip-hop music that is seen by the world as the new age music with it’s originality.
