I've had a passion for music ever since I could rememeber. I was born in Transylvania, Romania in 1974 and my musicaI journey began when I was first introduced to Disco music by my mother. Because of this, I ended up learning how to dance before I learned how to walk and talk. When I turned seven years old, I immigrated to Vancouver, Canada in 1982 with my family. My parents were young and they loved to listen to a lot of pop music on the radio and the Retro rhythm of the 80's captivated my heart right then and there. I didn't know much back then and I couldn't understand English. But one thing I did know and understand was the fact that I was going to be a musician when I grew up!

My laptop is my ultimate instrument for music making and other sh!t too... muhuhuhhahaha!

Sony Acid Pro, Sony Soundforge, Fruity Loops, loads of VST and Direct X goodies and other cool sh!t that I can download or get for free from pirate sites!

Any laptop with a quality soundboard, a big hard drive, lots of ram and a other cool gadgets I come across by living the lifestyle I choose to live!

Micheal Jackson was one of the first recording artists to innovate me. He made such a huge impact in my life with his Thriller album that I wanted to dress like him, studied all his dance moves, and I listen to his records so much that I knew all the lyrics to every song before I truned eight. By the age of thirteen, I started to listen to music by RUN DMC, Whodini, LL Cool J, Kid N' Play, DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince, Slick Rick, Eric B and Rakim, Public Enemy, Paris and the innovator of gangster rap itself, ICE-T.
At the age of fifteen, my love for Hip Hop led me to team up with a close friend of mine named Dane Goulet (now known as Canadian rapper "Birdapres"). Together, we formed our first band ever. We called it "L.S.D." (Lyrical Sniper Divison). I was the group's DJ and I was called "Contact-C" at that time. This led us to our first performace ever. We competed at our local high school's telent show. Dane dropped some sick rhymes on the mic as I backed him with my gear (a drum-machine, a mixer and a single turntable and some wax). Even though we didn't win, we kept doing local shows at teen clubs and hangouts. We had gained a lot of respect from our peers.

So you may be wondering with all this Hip Hop in my life, how did I ever get into producing electronic music? Well, I have to admit... it has a lot to do with technology... I LOVE IT... I love robotic sounds, I love futuristic beats and while I was doing the hip hop thing I was always trying to slip House on the turntables to rap to and I used to get in sh!t from my homies over that... they never saw my vision of incorporating the different elements and deliver it like I do now... so I left the band and started my own sh!t and named myself RAVEDEMAN... and so now... here I am!

I LIKE TO THINK OF MY SH!T AS UNIQUE! I don't think I sound like anyone out there... and if I do... then tell me about it... cuz more than likely... it is them who sound like ME!

I like to have fun, enjoy life, buy things with other people's credit cards. Make fake id and see how much I can get away with! I am never greedy, I just consume and keep what I need to stay healthy and comfortable... the rest I give away to people who deserve to have cool things but cannot afford to buy them. I mostly target large corporations and large financial institutions (because they let me get away with sh1t for some reason, they aren't stupid... if they wanted to, they can make it impossible for people like me to scam)... lol... and quite frankly I don't care what people think of me... I am highly educated, caring, fun-loving, and extremely generous to those in need! I am only hurting the beast itself...and what!?!?! Can't believe the sh!t I just mentioned!?!? Believe it buddy, cuz RAVEDEMAN has always and will always keep it real!
