Just a weirdo quietly producing traxxx over a decade now. I am 1/3 of Rarefaction Collective, which always looks for other producers to share the bill with and keep the electronic music scene alive in S.A., regardless of genre, and without the hated elitist attitude.
My MPC is my weapon of choice but I also bash digital drums, tickle the ivory, and attempt to play found instruments like the mexican duck flute, congas, buzz clippers, and other stranger instruments for distinctive sounds.
Fruityloops 6, Ableton Live, Soundforge, Magix Audio Cleaning Lab, and too many soft synths to mention. Oh yeah, ProTools LE. I side with the physicality of beatin' keys and pads but I do use software if it pleases me.
Akai MPC 2000 and 1000, Roland SH-32, Yamaha A4000, Yamaha AN200, Boss SP-505, Roland SP-404, Roland MC-303 and Alpha-Juno1, Roland JX-3P, Boss Dr. Sample, Yamaha DD-9, Alesis AirFX, Roland DS-50 monitors, Behringer 16 track mixer and a whole lotta vinyl.
