I'm 29 and live in Seattle, WA USA. I began experimenting with music at a very young age. I had a small electric organ when I was 3. I start sapling and dubbing loops to make hip-hop tracks with a karaoke machine when I was 14. Is it any wonder? My dad was a radio DJ in the 1980's so I was surrounded by music.
Kinda dodgy at guitar a bit, but I'm getting there...
FL Studio, Sound Forge, Acid Pro, and a million VST.
I will be getting an M-Audio Keystation soon...
Just really been digging dubstep and hardstyle at the moment. Don't know if I could create any good music in these genres but I could try! Also my main two favorite genres are progressive house and downtempo/chillout.
"Graceland" by Paul Simon, "Before These Crowded Streets" by Dave Matthews Band, "The Black Album" by Metallica, "Homework" by Daft Punk, "Ferociously Stoned" by Cherry Poppin Daddies, "Maybe You've Been Brainwashed Too" by New Radicals, "Filth Pig" by Ministry, "Lateralus" by Tool, and I can't think of any others right now...
Amon Tobin, Coldcut, DJ Dan, PNFA, many many more.
I am all over the place. I like house, chillout, breaks, drum & bass, experimental, it depends on my mood at the time.
I work for AT&T mobility
