I have been playing the guitar, bass, and percussion for over 25 years. Teaching one-on-One lessons for over 20 years.
I love music and believe that it has the power to change lives and inspire greatness in anyone. Everyone can learn how to play an instrument no matter what their background or family history. While it is true that to some, learning a new instrument comes very easy, that does not mean that it is impossible for those who struggle to become great. All it takes is much determination, hard work, and persistence. A good instructor helps speed up the process, but is not necessary!

Monks Of Mellonwah, check them out... you'll thank me! http://monksofmellonwah.com/
I rarely like an entire album. But Monks of Mellonwah have come the closest, I actually listen to well over half of the songs on their album "Turn The People". It simply is a work of art!
Of course I like all of the greats: Led Zep - IV, Pink Floyd - Dark Side (especially when you play The Wizard Of OZZ muted along with it),
If I had to narrow it down to what actually gave me the basis for my own personal "sound", it would have to be the 90's as a whole. Meaning every song that was ever listened to by any human alive during that time period. I listened to everything and was influenced by everyone making music and I continued to enjoy and allow myself to be influenced by every musician thereafter as well.
Nothing else on earth!
