Drum and bass it's not really hard to do.
At first the bmp must be 160-180.
For the drop you need to use 2-3 synth+1subass+1fatdirtybass.
You must remove the bass part of the synth with equalizer then you have to remove the high part of the subass and at the end you need to remove the bass part of the fdbass.
You have to use a lot of sidechain compression(the best plugin in my opinion is kickstart)!
Remember: The bass is the most important thing in a track.
