This is so original! Fresh.. big contrast to the other artists out there in this genre, i didn't think people could reinvent this genre but you are onto something here.
I can relate to your message in the track as well... Everybody jealous of what you got but not jealous of what you had to do, what you had to sacrifice to get where you're at...
Thank you! Thats a tremendous compliment and probably the best comment Ive ever received here or on YouTube. Sometimes originality comes from personal experience so its not rocket science. The problem is when you try to invent life experiences that dont come across as authentic.
The idea is ok here. I hear what you are trying to do but you need to do some better editing/arrangement of the song structure. Keep this track and work on it, it has a lot of potential. That's all.
Bro get a metronome.. I like the drum sounds, the drum kit is ok but the performance is not in my opinion, but then again this is probably something people can chop up and sample
This is some Antonio Banderas type of music hahah when he's preparing for war with the guns in the guitar case... don't know why i get all these cinematic images/flashes when I listen to this.. that's a good sign.
Man I'm glad i checked out your page, this is the first track I've listened to from you and already hear you're a veteran on the guitars. This musical piece takes me to places, it's well recorded too. I detect a bit of a spanish guitar vibe mixed with bluesy vibes.
Regarding the user below here asking to sample this... I totally understand why you don't want people to turn this into a hip-hop/EDM track or sample it. This feels like something personal to you.
RitaRita's voice blends in smoothly with your beats! This came out really well. Love the duet of her voice with the guitars, you really tuned that guitar perfectly.. the rawness of that guitar sound is so hard.
This could have been a soundtrack for 'Blade' the movie or something.. it's so cinematic, i like that quality about your tracks, it's more like listening to a movie then a song.
Hey there man, We most definitely appreciate the love! Rita is our favorite person to work with, and by a wide margin. She brings an ethereal quality to the songs she's in, and they're among our best songs. Every song we've done with her. And there's more to come!
I from Louisville, Kentucky, which is about 3 hours from Cleveland Ohio, where Bone is from. Which is basically next door. Everytime they come here they get a hometown welcome, they've always been among my favorites. Its more E1999 Eternal for me, tho, I had that CD when I was in the 7th grade. First of tha month had just come out. You commented on this one last year, I think it was. This one is still one of my wife's favorites
Great production/arrangement/mixing, everything is where it's supposed to be musically. Not overproduced, I like that, it's like the focus is on the voice and the message more.
Finally, i think It's a super radio/spotify friendly track too, i'd say this is definitely album material.
Bro.. listened to this again and my toes were tweaking.. when my toes start tweaking then it's a hit..
You could add like a rising synth or a really bright synth? As the main theme or chorus.. turn up the frequency know slowly on the synth together with the main melody as a build up. There are so many directions you could go with this. But you already know what to do lol.. I feel like I'm preaching to the choir for some reason.
Yeah bro i got IG/FB and Soundcloud but im not really active on it, for a couple of years now, you can send me direct messages through this platform as well if u want to get in touch for a collab or something or PM me your email.
I found this track on the RnB genre tracks page sorted from new to old, yours was uploaded pretty recently..
By the way I was listening to as many tracks from the first and second results page because after i had uploaded my own RnB track i was curious as to what kind of RnB tracks other people make nowadays - read: checkin out my competition lol..
And yeah Sade is what your voice reminds me of haha.. weird? Unexpected? Surprised? I mean it in a good way!
..you got the sweet spot with this, i think this vibe is the holy grail when it comes to this style of trap. It reminds me of Rody Ricch's sound with the latin/spanish guitar and the strings.. that is a classic elegant combo that always works well. We need more of these type of tracks! Great work 5/5!
..you are meditating out loud, while the instruments accompany you, i love this.. it's not sad, it's not depressing and it's not dark but the vibe is something else.. i think you have your own niche within RnB/Trap.
Such a mature song, this is something more than the average Looperman track.. this is a proper record. I like the way the vocals match the instruments and sits in with the rest of the song's atmosphere nicely. There is something else in your voice.. i don't know exactly what it is, oh I remember now, you remind me of Sade! - great work.. love this.
