Oh, wow, Eric... very nice composition. I am also a big fan of Chicane. Very nice melodies and combinations. Great work! Also the reverb on the hats reminds me a little bit of Delerium ft. Sarah Mclachlan - The Silence (Tiesto Remix).

Thanks, Fidiu. I wasn't aware of Delerium, so checked them out on Apple Music. Nice stuff! Another really interesting group from Vancouver, my home town. I'm a big fan of Bob Moses, also originally from Vancouver. Must be the rain. :)

Hi, there! It's very nice track. Nice vocals. Perhaps you can add some very short delay to the vocal in order to make it a little bit wider and maybe from time to time a long delay, using automation for controlling it , especially on the build ups, before the drop. It's just an idea, but I think it will sound cool. Anyway I enjoyed listening it. Well done.

Hi, Eric! Nice track. I like it a lot. Maybe you can sidechain the pads and some other sounds you have there and even the vocals a little bit so that the kick shine even more through the mix. But anyway you did a nice job. Keep it up.

Hi, Fidiu! Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. I'm definitely getting the message that I really should work up my courage and try side-chaining elements of the track to the kicks. I used a work-around to avoid doing that with the bass line, but hadn't even thought of doing it to pads, etc. I think that's definitely something I should experiment with. I guess it would give the track the "pumping" sound?

Hi Eric! I love it. You said that the highs are a litle bit agresive due to your hering loss, but for me this is what it gives some groove to those nice warming sounds. A while ago (a few years actually) you downloaded one of my song to your iPhone to play it on your way to work. At that time you encouraged me a lot. Maybe you can use Tonal Balance from Izotope on your master track as Last plugin to see how your mix is balanced. Search for it on YouTube to see what it can do.

Thanks for the suggestion about Tonal Balance, Fidiu. I actually have the plugin, but hadn't used it. Am working with it now and I think it will definitely help me. Thanks again.

Love the chords....but i think the cutoff needs a little bit more automatization during the progress of the chords to stand out even more from time to time to accentuate the groove. Anyway it sounds good
