Sorry for the delayed response. I did an analysis of the track in Logic Pro. Are you using some sort of stereo imaging plug-in on the breakbeat (like the M-class Stereo Imager in Reason)? That's where the phasing is happening. When I applied a high-pass filter to the track (removing frequencies below 375hz) the phase correlation meter went negative. It could also be in the break itself... if sampled. Since you asked, using the steps below MIGHT help make the track sound like one beat, as pointed out by harderthantherest. I made a video pointing out where the problem is if you're interested.

If you're using a plug-in, try turning the effect down or use a band-pass to effect certain frequencies. Filtering a stereo imaging plug-in somewhere between 200hz and 10KHz is usually best.

If it's within the break, import the break into Pro Tools as dual mono tracks. Throw a 1-band EQ on either the left or right side of the break, then click on the button in the EQ that looks like a zero (this is the phase shift button). Bounce the break and re-import into your song.

Lastly, your track is clipping, causing distortion... especially in the highs. It reached +6 db which is above maximum loudness for digital systems and devices. I know you want it loud. But when turned up loud on a stereo system or mp3 player, the track sounds really harsh and it's hard to listen to for long periods of time... IMO.

As stated in my earlier comment, the track is amazing! A friend of mine is interested in the track and is writing to it now. I will definitely upload and let you know

Sounds like something in your sub or mid lows is out of phase. Other than that, NICE!

Thanks for the feedback yo! What do you suggest so far as fixing the out of phase problem?
