If you have all that turmoil inside you you should put it to good use and write more music. From the very short snippet you posted I wanted to hear more. It's really good. The four-track type recording quality gives it even more angst.

Sort of bluegrass chamber music. Very nice work with the samples. It is commendable when you can take a collection of samples and make something that sounds like real music. Like the melody and the structure.

An inverstment in an autotune plugin might be worth considering for the vocals but not really necessary (I can't live without my autotune).
maybe layer some of the loops. guitar and organ together at some points?

It would be great if you could have all four playing at the same time at points: bass, organ, drums and guitar.
If you revisit this mix I suggest going more with the orchestral/beat type thing and maybe the funky wah guitar sample. The orchestral middle part was really good. Leading up into the orchestral section it sounded a little loopy.
