brilliant piece again Michel...

it occurred to me that from 1.04 (and later) you could use crash or china on the drums ... this could better emphasize the cool chorus ... but that's just me of course...

ahhh Ron...this is masterfully done...we all know that you are the master of midi sax play :-) but this song gets you into the heaven zone... fantastic pieece of artwork here with all of your brilliant mind and creativity with feeling...what else do you need in the music business??? (maybe a cool and rich in relationship manager...)

can1t imagine why are you looking for a 'serious' singer...you'd like to play live? if yes, mea culpa...:-) (I would love to have such a sound on my songs) ... this is too good, everything is fine around here...sad song with some kinda hope all around...guitar is outstanding, from me the bass wouldn't play so intermittently if you understood me ??? :-)
but it's my stupidity, perhaps...

This is a pearl...doomish but pearl too...the description is a bit sad but to tell you the truth more and more people live alone on earth ... neither their dogs nor their cats, well even their families ... maybe alienation is one of our biggest enemies besides computers and smartphones ... or maybe that's why ... this music is very painful cause somehow i feel like you won't have any more contact with your friend ...
serious synthesizer song ... in the beginning the Depeche Mode popped in but in the end it became more of a song from a doom metal band, from where the guitarist went for a beer ... :-)
putting aside the joke, it became a very cathartic, difficult, thought-provoking song ...just like ValveDriver on his best...hope all is well in the second wavee of pandemic Aaron...take care...

It's been awhile since you've commented on one of my tracks. I was super happy to see that you had. Thank you!

All is well here. After being here for 30 years, we're about to move back to our home state to start a whole new chapter of our lives. One that displays far more potential than staying here. We're looking forward to it.

This song really is about alienation, or at least facing life alone, by your own rules that don't conform to what society says it has to be. Which, really, explains why it's like the old Valvedriver style. That was always my message. "Do it your way, screw what they tell you, it's your life" That's exactly how my friend lives, and I respect that greatly.

Danke, you take care my brother. I hope all is well with you as well during this odd time we live in.
