Reminds me a bit of Sonic adventure soundtracks at some parts. Strange track, but has good elements and nice sound choice. Goes from dark to mellow at times, which i like. Very nice. peace
Thank you! Originally i designed it especially for the crazy lyrics (too bad my english sux, so can't really finish it), without that i can't think for this one as a really smashing track.
Nice instrumentation here, i thought the mix could of been a bit more balanced at certain intervals but it wasn't that distracting. I like the blend of synths and the piano. Great combination. peace
Thank you! You are right, i think too this one is on the razor's edge as balance from start to end, maybe because the used loops are made for so many different genres originally - but exactly because that, sounds unique. :)
Regards, traz
I was halfway expecting a slamming kick in this one. More chill/ambient then dance but i'll stop with the genre nazi business. Really dig the guitar and the ominous voice in the back at certain point fits well. And to answer your question "Do you ever want to run away so far that no one can find you?" I do sometimes, reality sucks....alot. Hard times out here man, but i still try to enjoy myself. I'd definitely like to just get away from all the BS one day and just go on a adventure just to clear my head. Would be nice. Good work though man. peace
Sounds like a theme to a mad scientist on the loose creating all sorts of havoc with a variety of experiments. hmm something like that, anyways this one is pretty trippy too. Like the synths, peace
see that's what we were going for...
and the synths are all mine here, so I'm glad you dig em
actually everything you here on the track is my own
they're available somewhere in my respectable catalog of uploads
Ah yes a cinematic piece, right up my alley. I would usually spare some imagery in my review of a cinematic track but i'm not in much of a good mood right now. Not venting at you or anything though, but i like this one bro. Sounds like it's the theme of someone plotting something sinister, digs it. peace
Great amount of variety in this one, and an intelligent use of the loops used. Piano was a bit random, but I like the vocal chop bits and definitely the wobble bass. Digs it man. peace
Agree with DerekL, nice work for a first attempt. Worthy of entry to the loop challenge, i see you have another entry. I'll check it out momentarily, keep up the grooves. peace
I've definitely been missing out on great music while i was taking a break from the site. This one is well done bro! I didn't expect the drums at first, but they fit well. This could very well be just an acoustic hip hop beat. Sounds a little sad after a while too, but it works. looking forward to you entry to the last run of my loop challenge. peace
Lol i like what type of people this track is dedicated to. haha This really sounds like this is between a rock too, the title fits so well. This is filthy work here spiv, it represents all the haters and leechers quite well. So i can see what you were going for. Good work! peace
Thanks so much InPSYcLe! It was just one of those tracks I had no choice but to make. Looperman.com is such a huge inspiration for me. I'm glad you understand where I was coming from! Thanks again!
LOL i almost thought the title was "Ice facials" for a minute. ha Deep chill vibes here man, i like the dubstep like bass that kind of sucks you into the track. The vocal bits is a really nice touch, kind of takes you to another place mindstate wise. Great work here man. peace!
Niceee. Funky vibes for real, like the addition of the organ. This one flows real well and has a nice mix, great work here. Be seeing you around! peace
Man i need a new toy to make more music on. I got my eyes on reason 7! I still only got 5 and i work with that and logic and conjunction. But this is nice though billydragon, chill vibes and a little spaced out. Good to see you still around! peace
Hey there Neobane. I'm still around in the shadows like a ninja!
Yup, know what you are going through. I made 2014 a year to change DAW. I hate procrastinating. Mate, just invest in it. I did not do any Christmas shopping, instead waited until boxing day when everything was up to 60% off then I went shopping. Magix 18 was one of them. So far am happy with it. I guess it all comes down with what you use it for. As for me, I needed something that was easy and quick to arrange music to for my poems/ philosophies and short stories. Two hours is what I allow for one arrangement and per song may contain up to 16 tracks.
Yeah man, get Reason 7, there's no reason to hold back. Always move forward. Should pick it up quick since you are familiar with Reason 5. Alternately, download a Reason 7 demo and trial it out.
Just got me a guitar for this past Christmas. Definitely gotta learn how to play it to make me some acoustic tunes. Another fine ambient track. Short and to the point. Nice. peace!
Spacey and very ambient indeed. Nice piece of work for something still in development. This would be a nice back drop in a romance or something. Great work. peace
Nice one, love the piano. Just reminded me of some of my old piano projects i need to finish up. Only complaint is that that transitions are a little off and sometimes i get a bit of skipping...either that or it's the site...or my browser..or something. lol Like the ending part by the way. peace
Thanks for the comment! Trust me, it's not the site or your browser, I just made this track a while ago and somehow lost the main file. So I couldn't finish it all the way. But I'm glad you like it.
Damn you eggman! lol Sonic was the first thought in my head when reading the title. Sounds like one of my eggman's on crack and WHOLEE LOT of hallucinogens. haha good shit. peace
Getting some reggatone flavor from this one. Very nice melody or sequence. (or perhaps something else) Nice track man, i see the girls dancing now haha peace
