nice, I like these soundeffects and the idea of making songs with samples...yet I have to say that I would somehow smoothen the sample at 0:47, I think it's a bit too rough.
I think you could get some inspirations through some of these songs:

Isolee: Beau mot plage (going a completely different way, more electro/minimal. Apart from being a great song, its quite a good example how to use weird samples/sounds, especially around 4:50) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pa3t6LO4fYM
you could also develop a sick dnb tune, but i'm not an expert on that field

Amon Tobin: easy muffin (This was the song that came to my mind immediately, note the unbelievable rhythm section)
