on Today feat 2sisters by DustyLyfe
Dusty the Girls range is so good it would fit any genre, as they are known for soft rock ballads French Chanson POP etc they fiya @ hip-hop :)) but EDM i now know they fit that too, never thought different really, so pro, yeah it still needs work, your interpretation is good and the start of your mastering, her voice is great dont mask that and over distort Manuela's Clarity the music and vocal are the carrier of the vision when they are in harmony and as a singer rapper, i can tell you all singers like their voices clearly heard, thats the reason we write to be heard, tell our story, but as you say its a work in progress, looking forward to the finished master, Manuela will give you good input too im sure, good work keep it up bro

Thanks man yeah I've made a few slight tweaks since the original already, sometimes "producer ear" is a thing lol. I didn't intentionally mean to distort the vocals that much on the buildup before the drop so thats corrected :) I think I got it sounding pretty close to where I want it. I'm probably about done with it since audio mastering is definitely not my forte I usually pay a friend of mine for that stuff but seeing as how this is a "for fun" song I don't think I'm going to pay anybody to master it lol.

Thanks man I'm glad you enjoyed the listen, and yeah I put vocals on tracks that I feel like match my own vocal "sound" and ones that I don't feel like fit my style or my voice I just leave it for whoever else if they choose!

on Obsession by AnthonyAttard
great work Anthony its got an ambient feel but i think its also got a trap vibe certainly the beginning the drum work double tempo half time , your an artist that pieces your creations together beautifully, the vocal is knock out. i just laid back and closed my eyes, great listen

Thank you Paul, thank you so much for your time and your inspiring comments. I know I've been using the repetition quite a lot and it's one thing I strive to change. Not in this song though. It is the loops I try to bring out. I want the authors to be content with the use of their work by me. Of course there is the other way around, where you spoil someone's good work. That is what I try to avoid. Thank you Paul once more for making me feel part of the community with your kind approach.
Best wishes, Anthony

Micky from the first beat it has your trademark stamped through it, groovy funky jazzy, vocal always on point, great punchy lines, fantastic space great guitar solo, you could just sing a song of hooks and it would be a hit, and i do always get a heaven 17 vibe, not the same but it has influenced your style i know and i love the structure in German music your sound design its a really authentic sound mate and your a pleasure to listen too, super cool

on House of Mirrors NF style Beat by DustyLyfe
Welcome to the community Dustin, fresh introduction too ' dark vibes, menace, sweet synth work from high to lows, and the whistle sort is fly, needs a good vocal, just to put the cherry on the cake, you got vocal in your profile bruv, lets here ya, always get good support and feedback, im not tryin' to pressure either bro, its just tryin'to encourage you to go for it, dont be afraid, hearing something original is always good too.

Thanks man I'm happy you enjoyed it! I totally agree it needs vocals to be finished however even though I do vocals (I'll be posting an original track of mine with my own vocals shortly as a Pop genre release) my vocal style definitely does not fit this track and I'm a firm believer in the right vocals on the right track. In my opinion the only thing that fits is a rap style vocal very similar to NF the rapper/singer. Anything else would just fall flat, again just my opinion.

Thank you so much for your kind words and detailed feedback! I'm thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the track and appreciated the different elements like the keys, bass, and strings. I agree that adding a female vocalist could bring a new dimension to it. It's great to connect with someone who appreciates music on this level, and I'm glad our paths have crossed now! I hope you enjoy exploring my previous work, and I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts. Thanks for the listen!

on Step Into Your Power Featuring SilverBella by doofus
doof you should have told me immediately, when i first joined so many people connected with me, i seen a comment from Jynxz on your track, i must of read it wrong he wrote some thing like great track best wishes Robbie, thats his name and ive read it as yours, sorry mate :)))) im tickling in the stomach now, it'll be doof from now on until if or you do share your name its not an issue anyway i think doofus is great especially for a pianist, ah pianist now thats one word you dont want to get wrong :))
pass on my respect to your parents, because their good money was well spent mate, you are worth every outing i can give too, although i do play a few keys myself i could only dream of your level, i can make loops and melodies at best, i play my sons Hitachi e-piano full size when i get the chance, i have an old roland and an old casio, but considering buying a new 49 key midi maybe Arturia Keylab Essential MK3 do i really need it no, but this music thing as grabbed me late in life

on Step Into Your Power Featuring SilverBella by doofus
another great track Robbie, great work with Bella again you fit hand in glove you pair, an act the community are lucky to have, you never highlight the fact its you on keys, your a cracking pianist so i as your listener and mate i always will highlight the fact, you also brought more strenghth to the keys, this time compared to your delicate touch that makes me dream, and i thought it was just as good great production bro, keep tickling

Paul, you outed me! Guilty as charged. My parents made me take piano lessons incessantly as a child, and while I, as an adult, now suck at hitting a baseball or making any kind of a defensive move in football (European or American, doesn't matter), now I get to bear the fruits of their weekly payments. Bella is the bomb!!!! She deserves WAY more credit than she ever gets. But I do thank you.

Is this a good time to tell you my name is not Robbie and never has been? I mean, honestly, you can call me anything you want Paul. You're the top dawg around these parts. I'm just happy to be a small part of this community so I'll take any name I get. So yeah, keep calling me Robbie, why not, you own it. Thanks as always for the encouragement. I'm so glad there's people on here with your amazing attitude!!!!!
