What a trip! This was like being on a big spaceship you navigate through the bizarre and beautiful zone of NGC 2997. Thank you for this much effort and giving us the opportunity for pleasant travelling without moving.
Regards,
Micky
Sorry, my friend, I know you don't consider yourself one, but to me you REALLY ARE a wonderful guitar player. Besides being a great musician, of course.
5 stars!
Micky
Hey Valdis, you used some rather spacey sounds here and of course this is no caribbean style reggae but it is baltic reggae, which is warm and sunny as well. Regards!
I like this one very much even though I'd say it could really use a bit more of volume. But the atmosphere is chillin indeed and everything is calm and peaceful. Very nice!
Great powerful track! I love the synth sound and those fat guitars. Maybe you're a Rammstein fan? I can imagine that as title soundtrack to some series. With that intro it kinda makes it space rock ... That direction is definetely one (of many ways) to go for you ...
I PLAYED ONE HIS SONGS..I LOVED IT...YOUR RIGHT.....IM ISOLATED.....I CANT BREATH......DOOOHAAAS...THE SONG IS BEGGING FOR HEAVY VOCAL FOR SURE....CHEERS BRO THX FOR REPLY N LISTEN....
Ah yeah - in the beginning there was jack! You sure have that feeling for house. I love the chords and everything that's going on here rhythmically but most of all your voice. Wellllll done! Regards.
Hello Marco, this is one more fantastic sonic journey from your lab. The depth of your works always gives me goosebumps. I guess I will get me some books of HPL - I'm sure that will even increase the listening pleasure ...
Regards
Dear Friend, I am really happy that you liked my music. For me, HPL has been a great source of inspiration to produce new sounds. In September I will receive the printed copies of my CD album "Cthulhu Calling", I intend to give a copy to all the friends of Looperman who have followed me more carefully. If you like, send me your address in private, so I can send a copy to you too. A cordial greeting Marco
This is a great piece of music which could well be double the length with things happening - it wouldn't get bored. You have a good way with synths ...
Hey Justin, that is the lowest-fi I've ever heard really, but at the same time I must say: I love it. It has a very nice groove to it and could well originate from the deep caverns of Funkadelia ...*
Thanks! Glad to hear you could Feel the Funk through the Fuzz.
I'd like to believe my mixing skills have improved somewhat since then, but I'm probably deluding myself! Only time will tell; more stuff to come, here and also on YouTube.
Yeah - you're some funksman for sure. That rhythm is crazy and makes me wanna jump. I have always associated those New Orleans marching bands with tha funk ... And the FUN in it ...
Thank you so much! I'm always happy when someone says a track of mine made them want to jump! I'm biased of course but believe that if you want your track to "move" pay more attention to the percussion! ;)
Man, july 17 and still no comment? That's not fair. Didn't you set this to "featured"? It's a wonderful funk thang that has a real good vibe. I love all that happens in it and it sounds like the "real" funk.
Kind regards
