Hey man this is great. I thought it was gonna be like a remake of Major Tom by Shiny Toy Guns lol.
Once again you grace us with your mastery in Drum and Bass, showing the kiddies (like me) whose boss lol. Very eerie pads and bass. Absolutely love the samples you used as well.
An overall fantastic song, really enjoyed it. Fav'd for sure. -Gabe
thanks for taking the time brother... glad you liked it...keep an eye for the release brother..should be sometime before the summer... thanks once again
I'm not trying to be egotistical but very rarely do I hear a song that reminds me of something I would make,
So many different elements together in such a masterpiece.
When I saw this was Blume AND Becca, I could not have clicked the play button any faster.
The wobbles are absolutely fantastic, great quality and hit real hard. The piano is amazing as well, adds such a great effect. I love at 1:50 when the wobbles stop and all that beautiful strings work kicks in with whatever that sound is that repeats in the background. Then it kinda turns into a trance track for a second and I was impressed.
The vocal sample was then great, this whole song is like if Hans Zimmer came to Bassnecter and was like, "Lets make a song" and Bassnecter said "Alright I'll invite Trent Reznor."
Haha fav'd for sure, and I usually don't do collab's but I'm in the same boat as Weazel, I think we should collab sometime. I don't have the materials but I've been wanting to make something with some dubstep in it. Lol -Gabe
Wow!!! I don't even know what to say? I'am lost for words. You don't understand how much this means to me. I really appreciate the great review man. One of the best one's yet!!! I can send you some stems to work with if you like? Thanks you for fav'n it too!!! Def a big props to Becca for the melody. If it wasn't for her. This track would've never been made. Respect bro!!!
Man, I really really like this one. Fantastic track you've got here.
The vocal samples sound great, I love that old sounding horn throughout. Truly fantastic. Like someone took a good ol' fashion song from 1925 and turned it into a breakbeat/techno/dubstep song for the current generation of musicians. Definately one of the coolest and best songs I've heard in a while man. Fav'd this one for sure.
Haha the vocal literally had me busting up laughing. I did not expect that at all.
I really enjoyed a lot about this song, like the beat and especially the vocals. How did you make that scrape sound that goes on throughout the song?
I did not really like how the song seems to stop and start so often. That was the only real problem I had with it. It sounds ok the first few times but after the song starts to sound really choppy.
Thanks dude, the "scrape" sound is actually chugging from guitar. Yup agree with you on the pausing, after several liten, it does sound kinda choppy. Back to the drawing board hehe. Try to remake it smoother , heavier and darker Thanks alot though !!Very constuctive comments. Cheers
Yeah man, like I said below, on the next draft I need to add in some bass, other than that I'm glad you like the sample/pace. Thanks for the input dude.
A very unique sound with a lot of really good things going on.
One thing I would like to emphasize is the quality. The quality is overall fantastic. The guitar is great, the drums are excellent, the vocals are just outstanding, and this song just entirely comes together in such a magical way.
Please, please keep these gold nuggets coming :) -Gabe
Haha even though that is my vocal I will admit it sounds a bit lonely.
However, you did impliment it very well.
I absolutely loved this beat. The piano and the wobbles contrasted in such a beautiful manner. Keep these gold nuggets comin man. And hey, if you want me to create a few more little vocals for it i will. -Gabe
Aww hell yeah man! Usually I play a bunch of tracks off this site in the background then review them, which allows me to listen but not really get a feel for the song.
But I was finding it impossible to NOT get in the feel for this song. Fan-freaking-tastic.
The funny thing is, you being a metal head, you can even hear the influence in your techno man. I can tell your a man who likes his industrial lol.
This definately reminds me of KMFDM for a few reasons.
The odd transitions are oddly perfect, I WANT to be able to give you constructive critisizm but I can't because in all it's changes and chaos it flows perfectly.
Definately one of the best songs I've heard on here in a while man...Fav'd and downloaded for sure man. Keep up the great work. -Gabe
thx bro!! that means alot comin from a dude as amazing as u!! ive only ever had 1 music class in my life.. or rather half a class.. lol we lrnd bout bach and orchestra stuff that i didnt rlly get.. lol im more of a go-by-the-ear kinda guy.. Demon Hunter (self titled), P.O.D (weh they were a lil heavier and stuff.. like Satellite), and Project 86 (Drawing Black Lines). but i gotta say Demon Hunter clinched my interest.. the sheer force and brutality and the positive message they expressed was an amazing thing and still is!! they r improving!! i like industrial metal. i listen to Rammstein, AP2, Klank, Level, Celldweller, Argyle Park (AP1), and other stuff but believe it or not this was only the 3rd song ive ever made.. and it was loops from this site and from MAGIX music maker 16 premium... i just like the sound and put it together.. i get kinda nervous wen i put it up cuz not a whole lot of ppl critisized.. good or bad.. and since i dont hav an educated music background it makes me even more nervous.. ive been a metal head since i was 14.. turned all my "gangsta" friends into metal heads in like a week.. so it weird 4 me but i hope to improve.. but alas.. im out of unique techno loops.. :( so im kinda halted on the techno side.. but if i get more ill make more.. xD i always got time 4 music.

I'll think about what lyrics I might want to add, and I'll let you know, maybe I can get you a larger presence in the track.
I might try a female vocal also, to give it a little variety. Either way I'll upload the new track when I finish it.
