Hi mate..thanks for the cool review!...while I have on occasion used freesound.com in the past this particular field recording is actually part of a Vst instrument..XTreme Effects...I use this now exclusively for most of my sound effects as you have complete control over the sounds and it comes with a whopping 4.5GB expandable library...cheers planet :)
Yeah that scratchin is perfecto man i had ball with that puglin too.
but the track is fire do u get ur ideas from video games becasue it sounds a like it.ur track is real up and down and around solid music from u all the time man.
this sounds like a laided back funk track thats real melo but then gets all rock and brings the house down.I can groove to this one u did a banging job im faving it
When i make music its to express my whacky side and passes time.
But when u someone makes a track for a love one it holds with great value and sounds come out fantasticlly beatiful because its with filled with emotion and magic.
So its no secret that this song is good but who it goes out to is even better.
this is riducuous i cant believe u only got one review on this track man, this song is fire, this is what video game music should sound like.
Are u a music producer asking because it sounds like u know what ur doing in FL9 LOL
anyway great track.
PS hey man if u dont mind maybe we can work on something together i understand u might be busy but i can send u a FL project and see if u like what i made okay, let me know thanks.
Thanks a lot for saying so, I actually used a step sequencer for this track, so that the sound was perfect on timing. Generally I play, and occasionally if I feel a track needs it I'll fix errors in timing, if I'm not feeling lazy, but this one I actually took some time with and composed note by note, the way old school game composers did it (I don't actually know that, that's just what I think in my head). Also I didn't use any 8 bit sounds per se, I used the WASP "thinsaws" preset in FL studio, and 3 Sytrus sounds, but I don't recall what they are off hand. In the end, I guess I came out with more of a Super Nintendo sound as opposed to the Nintendo sound I was going for, but I like it just the same, glad you do too.
Thanks for saying so man! I thought the track was a little bass heavy once I listened to it on an actual system instead of just my headphones, but I'm glad to know someone out there digs it.
hey man sorry not replied sooner you no how it is yeah i use the audio tracks more than the blocks i find it better to use and to be honest iv never even come close to useing all of them there is more than enough in my eyes your better off useing what ever you feel works best for you mate if you find its the blocks use it im sure if we ever do another colab we will make it banging what ever whoop whoop loopy
this is a deep song sometimes faith plays tag and chosses us or it could be our time go.the song reminds me that when I leave me home it could be my last time so be ready for anything and hope to see another sun rise
Thanks so so much for your kind and inspiring words Dj, I see alot of us dont apperacte the time we have with other and how fast faces fad to the in the past!I allways thought embracing every monent is what counts!
