Hard and cold and warm and cool.
Voice + voice production = intense delivery.
Peace.

on piano accomp. by kghorani
Now this takes me to the strangest loneliest most lost lounge in space. I even hung with that 90 secs of space at the end. Before applauding. Really cool sh^t, K.

Serious, right on. With people named ##### and Mit trying to confuse the nation from their FoxTV platform, this is essential.

on Easy take by FrenchKid18
3rd up comment - hard-hitting stuff - I don't think you could nail it any better than this version!

2nd up comment - anti-naive cause the vx address the impact of war. the naive ones are those who register no impact.

Second K's comments re vox + drum. I think you have some anti-naive war lyrics, not the other way round. Powerful track.

on A horse named Horst - Lyrics needed by DocRock
Thanks, doc - i got forced in the desert by a horse with no name - Horst took me out of my pain - feels so good to be out of my brain - I'm borscht again. Endorsed of course, remorse, divorced.
I just can't go on ...
Keep rocking!!!

on Fluid Blue String by CalifKen
I like that last snare hit - this deserves a 33-1/3 endless scratch loop release - fluid no kitsch but weirdly vinyl-sounding synths/keys - cool vox presence

on Guitar Man (instrumental) by MackMillitant
Not easy on the rake or shovel either - helluva work song. Now if I said nice pickin' that would be too much. This track works!

on another hiphop instrumental by LittleFoxy
Very punchy & light on it's feet - yr open-ended title left me associating with a book i'm reading right now about boxing - a weird but perfect fit

on Paper Crush by FrenchKid18
Terrific bs/gtr hooks - man thematically + musically you have got some cool opportunities to glitch that demo beat unmercifully and still serve the song. 2nd listen: Daddy Cool bass works!! Don't take that away! Can't wait to hear you step on this a little more.
FrenchKid18

Thanks for reviewing again Michael. So I'm keeping the Daddy cool bass, lol and Imight add some guitar too.
Cheers

on When We Come Through by TRM
Really like all the staggered synth sounds - only thing that bugs me is the drum fills - they're in the right place but sound outta the box, seems like an opportunity missed in a well-produced track with original sounds - thanks, TRM. Peace.

on Pachelbel Tronic by Jellos
I've always loved this melody and heard it in many different styles in my imagination - this is a great realization of that material - I aspire to a surf version someday. Thanks, Jellos!!

on 1,2,3... by dezentral
a very rewarding triptych - thanks, dizzy - I like all 3 sections - it's interesting that you didn't impose a 'story' even tho that's the subjective listening experience - well-executed concept - looking forward to 4, 5, 6, 7, 8!!!!

on Sound of my dream remixed by CSoul
echo djcodex but the sounds i like the best aren't the drums per se - it's the other percussives in there - more interaction with the vox. this is rewarding listening - thanks!

on Back From the Grave by CSoul
Digging this arrangement - sorry for the bad pun! Inspirational, man - great production of yr source materials. Only crit is that we stay in one mood thru-out - I was anticipating a crescendo. Thanks, CS!

on in my boots by mistervincropathy
I like both versions of this track but this one more because there's more presence, both vocally and musically in my opinion. You have a great vocal delivery esp those slides into singing voice. That's a hard message man, could not just walk on by. Demands to be heard. Thanks for yr work and peace.

on calmer than you dude by oasisduke
Now this is re-imagined from the ground up - like you took the original track & put it thru one of David Cronenberg's teleportation pods. Very Fly.

*[REVIEW FOR PREVIOUSLY POSTED SONG]*

OK that ending had me walking around the house looking under chairs and tables and stuff. I love the promo you've given us; think the gtr could use some more ... definition - I like the ambient strum, but it needs more of yr touch. Pno + drm are really solid. Thanks, OD!

cheers for the review. i never know what to do with loops that come over heavily effected. im always afraid if i try to tweak them, theyll just get lost in the added effect. if you think im capable, tho...i ll see what i can do with this one.
cheers for the review...always appreciated!

on Whirling Pool of Bloody Light by CalifKen
That's one helluva revisit to this track! A 12-inch vinyl extended mix if there ever was one.

Very groovy - and bloody - like yearning for destruction in the sun, that hateful most missed thing. Thanks, CK
